Noisy but expected

The apartment was simply gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and honestly super chic. We stayed in February and with under floor heating, super warm. Very well equipped with towels and stunning toiletries, even bathrobes! This location is as Central as it gets with both Gran via and Sol just around the corner. A 24/7 Carrefour literally seconds away and so many restaurants and cafes all around. We stayed here with our children and the sofa bed was super comfy for them and the pillows honestly felt like clouds. An absolutely stunning stay!

The property and location are great, especially if you want to be in the middle of the action! We loved the garden that was planted that pretty much covered the entire outside walls of the building. The room was exquisite, better than we were expecting.

The only negative I have is that the city center doesn’t sleep! It was difficult to sleep because of the noise, and the room was pretty much right on the street. But it definitely won’t deter me from renting there again!

Lovely clean apartment

Due to central location, it was very noisy at night and this went on till around 6am

location is great, right in the middle of all the action. the suites are clean and very comfortable. there is a nice balcony on the 6th floor.

located right on the main street so noise can be an issue... the room accommodates 4 people but there were only 3 chairs at the dining table :(

The noise. it is an extremely noisy location. it is impossible to sleep all night. bars, drunks, deliveries. lots of noise.

Super central location, luxurious feel to the apartment.

Because of the location, it is very noisy at night, goes into 4-5am on weekends. Definitely bring earplugs. Checkout was a bit of a nightmare as you check out in a tour company shop and there was a customer who took 40 minutes to go through their itinerary. Would be better to have a drop box for check out rather than waiting in queue to drop keys.

The unit was clean and well orgenized. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with our requestes. Location, location, location :-)

Washer/ dryer are not practical (due to smell)

Finally checked in and room was lovely and good size. Rooftop terrace was nice addition. Great location, close to metro station and lots of bars and restaurants. AC was good and living area comfortable. Nice toiletries available - Rituals.

No reception, you have to check in with the tourist office below. We queued for 10/15 mins to check in as they were busy dealing with tourist office things. Couldn't check in even though we were only about 40 mins early, left bags but didn't feel they were secure. Big windows though lack privacy, black out blinds good but all or nothing. Didn't like the lack of reception/ front desk, tourist office obviously closed early and we had to wait to check out as there was nooone there, had to call in the end as in a rush.

The air did not work you had to pay extra for airport transfer ants in our rooms had to pay for a night that we did not stay because the front desk misinformed us about when they would be leaving they said 11 o’clock and it was really 10 we got there at 10:45 PM also our keys did not work on our last day because they said they thought our stay was over One day sooner.

Excellent location. Very clean and amazing suite. It was better than expected. Would recommend to friends and family and use agin in the future. Cannot fault this wonderful property.

Location and apartment were both amazing

The apartment is beautifully designed and very well located in the center of Madrid, there is plenty of tools at disposal. Will 100% be back if i have to stay in Madrid.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. We took the duplex and there is a low water pressure in the upstairs shower when somebody else take a shower downstairs but that is not a big deal.

Amazing place, great value for money. Tottaly recommended for a group of 5 or a family.

Great location, middle of city centre! Large apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. Pick-up of the keys went smootly. Bottle of water in the fridge is a nice gesture. All together, very happy with our stay!

Downside of the central location is the noise in the evening and the night, which goes on all night until 6 am… Also a bit too warm in the room: seemed that the floor heating was always on despite the fact the thermostats were off. Not a lot of water coming out of the shower but it was ok.
