It was ok. Their is better option available. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Houses keeping was not good.

Si potrebbe aumentare il numero degli attrezzi all’interno della palestra. Il prezzo di 18€ a persona per la colazione è fuori mercato, soprattutto alla luce dei prezzi bassi di Luxor (negli stessi ristoranti dell’hotel abbiamo speso una media di 15€ a testa per la cena). Nei corridoi dell’hotel c’è una moquette polverosa, che talvolta emana cattivo odore. Nel complesso una buona struttura.

とてもゆったりできました。ホテル内のレストランのご飯もおいしかったです。プールもとてもきもちよかったです。スタッフの方々は丁寧でした。

シャワールームにカーテンがないので、普通に使うと跳ねた水でトイレの床がビチョビチョです。 バルコニーへでるための窓の鍵が壊れていました。

Понравилось ВСЁ! Чисто, красиво, прекрасное расположение у Нила. Хороший шведский стол на завтрак. Также ужинали всегда в ресторанах на территории отеля, и там тоже было очень вкусно. Также ко дню рождения был комплимент от отеля (торт и фрукты), мелочь а приятно. Отель оставил самые приятные воспоминания!

The hotel staff accommodated my family so that all our rooms were together. This made for a familiar expereience.

On m’a informe que j’étais logée dans une chambre qui venait d’être refaite mais honnêtement pour un palace, cette chambre valait un 3 étoiles en France, rien de plus. Les balcons donnent sur un patio donc pas d’air. Les restaurants idem, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de manger dehors, sur la terrasse qui borde la piscine, on m’a dit que c’était réservé pour les occasions spéciales et avec supplément… vraiment dommage de venir en Égypte pour profiter du soleil et devoir rester enfermé…

Le personnel est juste extraordinaire. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel ! Merci

泰国餐厅不错 乒乓球台不错

预订了两间双床房选了4个成人但是booking上订单信息写了主要下单的人，办理入住时给我们房卡之后立马让我们加两个人的价钱，原因是booking上的信息只写了两个人，让我们交钱，或者选择其他酒店，我们提供了邮箱信息并翻译给前台但并没有用，最后叫来了经理并且求助中国大使馆，前台看我们报了他们酒店的名字才作罢，不知道这样的操作坑了多少中国人，booking上明确写了4为成人到他们那就是不可以，希望给我一个答复，我们四个女生在前台僵持一个多小时

Der Roomservice war hervorragend, auch der tolle Balkon mit Nilblick. schön fanden wir, dass der Pool beheizt ist. Auch die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gemütlich. sehr dchön fanden wir auch die Snackbar- Terrasse mit Blick auf den Nil in der Abendsonne.

Eshandelt sich um ein sehr großes Hotel mit Convention center, daher befinden sich gr. Gruppen im Hotel, auch finden Feiern u Konferenzen statt. Im Frühstücksrestsurant ist es dann - erwartungsgemäß-plus Musik sehr laut, vieles eine Massenabfertigung. Das erinnert nicht mehr an ein Steigenberger-Hotel mit 5 Sternen!

Het hotel heeft mooie moderne kamers en vooral het zwembad aan de Nijl met uitzicht over de Nijl is prachtig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en altijd erg hulpvaardig. Ben nu meerdere keren in dit hotel geweest en voel me er altijd weer welkom.

Bij het uitchecken kreeg ik van Ahmed de rekening van eten/drinken wat ik nog moest betalen en daar stond ook nog het volledige bedrag van de hotelovernachtingen op. Ik vertelde dat ik al had betaald en Ahmed was erg stellig dat dat niet zo was en herhaalde dat een paar keer. Uiteindelijk aan hem de afschrijving op mijn online banking laren zien en toen zei hij; oooh ja en haalde het bedrag van de rekening. Verder geen uitleg of excuses helemal niks. Vond dit erg vervelend en absoluut niet netjes en onprofessioneel van hem.

While the premier suites are good, Classic room needs maintenance.

Very good breakfast; friendly staff at reception and in the dining and bar areas.

Cleanliness. There was a lot of black mould in the bathroom, especially under the handrails of the bath. Also, there was a lot of hair from the previous customer in the bath/shower.

Staff was incredibly helpful, from early check in through room upgrades, change of rooms due to bed type etc all the way to communication and check out. We are spoiled travelers and yet this did stand out. Rooms are specious and clean (although one can guess their age), view is nice, food is good - everything one needs for a good holiday.

The Thai restaurant was just ok; rooms might need some upgrade (but nothing too drastic)

●部屋は清潔、リクエスト通りのバスタブ付きの部屋で多少シャワーのパワーは弱かったが許容範囲　ホテルそのものは古いと思うが十分にメンテナンスされていて心地よい滞在だった。ホテル内での英語のコミュニケーションがストレス無くて、エジプト観光の中でホッとできた。 ●ホテルのラグジュアリー感も十分、ナイル河・対岸の眺めも良く、特にナイル河をのぞむ屋外での朝食は最高の気分　部屋にウエルカムプレートとドリンクが用意されていて、フルーツやお菓子は嬉しかった。 ●12月31日の宿泊でガラディナーの雰囲気抜群、ホテル側のホスピタリティを十分感じられディナー会場でのショーを楽しめた。　 観光でホテル着が夕方になってしまい翌日は午前中には出発でホテルでの時間が少なかったのが残念！

●シャワーの出がもう少し強ければ ●ガラディナーの雰囲気は抜群だったけど、ビュッフェの味についてはう～～ん少々微妙　でも飾り付け等とても綺麗で写真をたくさん撮ってしまった ●部屋のセーフティーボックスが故障？

This place sits right by the Nile its a beautiful relaxing place to come to once your inside from off the busy streets of Luxor! Security very safe! Very luxurious and 3 or 4 restaurants to choose from. Very clean 👌 👏 👍 🙌 upscale place and the price is unreal how reasonable it is. I really enjoyed my stand and highly recommend 👌 it. Will be back 🥰

Restaurant staff and service was good, location was convenient.

Multiple problems with checkin - were charged $400 extra, given room that had very bad smell, given all rooms with two beds despite booking king bed. Lack of privacy in room because of small door curtain. Issues with checkout. It took away lot of time and effort from a short stay in Luxor, the staff needs to be trained properly and be able to resolve issues other than just verbal apologies which doesnt resolve anything.

Everything staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you.
