Hotel con una bella vista sul Nilo, il tramonto è perfetto si gode di una vista bellissima! Una piscina molto grande per rinfrescarsi dopo le giornate a visitare i templi di luxor, lo staff mette a disposizione i teli da mettere sulle sdraio in piscina. Camere spaziose con aria condizionata che si può regolare direttamente dalla camera Pulizia ottima, il buffet a colazione a parer mio si potrebbe migliorare con più varietà. Le camere si potrebbero rinnovare partendo anche dalla parte elettrica. La caratteristica di questo hotel è il personale tutti gentili e pronti ad aiutarti se hai bisogno Abdul ci ha aiutati con il nostro tour a Luxor in meno di 1 ora di preavviso aveva organizzato tutto per andare a vedere il tempio di Hatshepsut, il tempio di luxor, il complesso templare di karnak, la valle dei re con visita alle tombe e i colossi di memnone. Autista e guida personale tutto il giorno, ci siamo sentiti al sicuro, per ogni problema! Abdul pronto ad aiutarci subito se ne avessimo bisogno e anche nei giorni successivi se non riusciste a trovare taxi chiedete ad Abdul vi aiuterà lui senza problemi! Poi un ringraziamento speciale va ad Ali moussa, ragazzo in reception.Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la nostra valigia nell’aeroporto del Cairo ci ha aiutato perché noi l’arabo non lo sappiamo ha parlato al telefono con le persone e ha risolto una situazione molto scomoda. Senza di lui non so se avremmo avuto la nostra valigia.Grazie davvero! Grazie anche a Martina per averci accolto e aiutati quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno! Il valore aggiunto di questo hotel é il personale tutti fanstastici! Grazie per aver reso memorabile il soggiorno a Luxor!

The pyramisa hotel in Luxor is definitely my idea of what an hotel should be. We founded there all the main services we might need as room service, swimming pool, wifi connection and massages service. The hotel is very clean, cozy and it has huge open spaces. One deserved underline also for the always available and reliable staff: Ali Moussa in his appreciable and kind service in the reception (he provided us an upgrade for the room!), Amr in the swimming pool, Martina for the customer care, the bar crew and all the other we met whose names I can't remember. Terrific view of the Nile River. Italian and Asian restaurant and cafe on the premise. Pool area offers snacks from restaurants. Breakfast buffet has a fair amount of options. Location is walkable to the market about 25mins. Laundry and grocery stores are close by also. There is a jewelry shop in the lobby and a small catch all shop toward the pool area. WiFi was horrible. The only place to get reception was the 6-8 chairs in the center of the lobby. This property has many weddings each day 2-3 so there are a lot of people using the WiFi any given day. Your better option is to visit one of the coffee shops in the area.
