The location of this little hotel is great. It's only 5 minutes away from the big main bus station. It's in a really great place and it's a fairly quiet street. Cars that's all. You don't see many people walking around . From our balcony we could clearly see the sea on the right and then Mount Teide on the left!! Really amazing clear views of Mount Teide that was a real treat!! We are a middle aged couple who like little breaks. This hotel is perfect for 2-3 nights. We like to be out all day long and then have a nice hot shower and a clean bed when we return and this little hotel provided all this for us. The reception staff were all very helpful and nice. The hotel is old and the furniture although once high quality wooden furniture looks old today in 2022 but it was all very clean. The bedding smelled lovely and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a few days away. It was a very safe hotel and in a nice safe quiet area.

The hotel is very posh, do not let the price fool you. It’s massive value for money. Super clean rooms, very helpful staff, the furniture looks nice too. Itasia the manager who I interacted with, went out of her way to help me! Highly recommend the place.

Pretty good location.

No kitchen, no possibility to boil water. We experienced cold water one evening.

The receptionist was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the local area.

The hotel is nicely decorated in the old Canarian style, the rooms are big and the wifi is really fast. Also, the staff is very nice.

I liked everything about my stay. Maybe an improvement suggestion would be to add some (more) insulation to the walls.

The rooms were very clean, renovated & the hotel was not noisy at all. It is super central and definitely by far the most economic option in Puerto!

Against our expectations from previous reviews, water pressure was totally fine. The water did not get very hot, but was good for a quick shower.
