It was so clean and everything that a house should have u could find there.

Cozy atmosphere and soft beds. The kitchen was pretty good. 3 Baths in apt. 8. Ocean view from a big balcony. Guests are asked to keep it down.

Location is a bit inconvenient with small children especially when you have no car, we were expecting to have access to the garden based on the description but it wasn't accessible from our appartement. Walking down to the city or the nearest supermarket will take at least 15-20 minutes, so especially for water it's quite an exercise (though there's a small shop nearby where you can buy bottles at 5x the supermarket price). It's next to a busy road so there's constant noise from the early morning which didn't improve our sleep. The wifi was often unstable which made it hard for me to do some remote work, I had to switch to mobile data often. Could use some maintenance here and there (refrigerator was leaking, dishwasher was not cleaning very well, doorknob to the balcony came off, remote batteries were empty)

The size of the apartment.

Location is noisy, on a main busy road, with ambulance cars frequently passing by. Wifi is very slow. Towels in the bathrooms had a bad smell, it is time to exchange them for new ones. There is no parking in front of the house (always full) and you are charged for the parking within the apartment premises. Stressful check-in procedure; once you state your arrival time, it can be a problem to make arrival changes, because there is only one person handling check-ins for more apartments. At the arrival time, you also need to inform them about the departure time. When you are on a holiday, arrival and departure times can change as you do not always plan everything to a fixed hour.

Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Really nice hosts. We had some issues with AC in one of the rooms, hope they get it fixed. The shared terrace has a great view since the house is up the hill, but prepare your walking shoes to come back on the hill from city center :D

I really missed a shower cream for example, since we arrived late and everything was closed already. It is the small details that make the difference.

The property is very centrally located in the neighborhood of Las Arenas in Puerto de la Cruz with easy access to shops, restaurants and a bus stop in case you don’t bring a vehicle. The apartment (#7) ) had a nice terrace for morning coffee and late aperos. The house sits next to a busy Main Street so there’s constant traffic noise (no issue for us). There was a curfew in place between the hours of 22h-6h so we slept well as the noise considerably reduced overnight.

We had a very enjoyable stay with a minor hot water issue during the first few days that was quickly addressed by our wonderful host Suzanne. In the end, the water heater tank was replaced with no other issues after that. Overall, a very nice place which we would hope to come back to soon again.

Nice place, very clean location, with a wonderfull view from the terrace. The apartment is dotate with all you need for a good holliday.

The place it's a little bit away from the city center, but if you want to walk for 30 minute after lunch, it's very nice.

The property was well maintained with a balcony and sunbathing facilities on the roof. Kitchen was well furnished, and air con units worked fine.

The location has the apartment situated right on a busy road into the main Town, so traffic noise was a factor. Also the wifi for our apartment did not work, although I was able to link to the neighbouring apartment’s WiFi.
