Great to have two double beds in the room for our children to be with us!

A warm, friendly hotel with welcoming staff.

The car park was too expensive. We were quoted €19 per 24 hrs, but then it had increased to €25 by the time we arrived.

Big room. Clean. Coffee ' thea. Employees. Breakfast

TV. But i was not there for the TV.

Everything Khadija, Umit and Habib were very nice and welcoming!

Only one car charger, and that was occupied.

Convenient location, comfortable room, bus stop very close to hotel. I saw in other reviews that it’s in an industrial area, but hardly, it’s on the edge of a slightly industrial area but didn’t feel low class or scary or anything like that. the bus stop in the city centre was right outside.

Room had a mini kitchen which had we known we could have saved an expensive restaurant bill. Having said that when asked where we could eat were directed to the nearby Van de Valk hotel where we had a pleasant evening and a delicious meal. Next time we will stay there

Restaurant which should have been open was not. Wasn't offered a reduction because of lack of facilities. Didn't like paying 19 euros for parking my car whilst giving you my custom. On returning to my home in England finding a demand for £100 whilst parking at your hotel at Folkestone.

The staff in the reception and in the restaurant is really helpful and welcoming.

1 - The tap ın the bathroom worked barely. The cold water was a thin string, only boiling water can be used if you want to wash your hands, brush your teeth.. 2- There no toilet brush in the toilet, when we asked for one, they said that the toilet is cleaned by the housekeepers, we do not give you one :))) So you have to wait until housekeep comes.. 3- Breakfast is really weak. There are no pancakes at all like in the pictures. Really weak...

Reception staff were amazing, so helpful. Great breakfast too. Beds very comfy.

I was arriving later in the evening for check-in due to delays in travel. I contacted the hotel at 20:30h to advise that I was on my way and asked until what time the restaurant was open. I was glad to hear 21:30 as I’d had a long trip and hadn’t eaten all day. imagine my dismay when I arrived to a very busy bar around 20:50 and was informed by the Batman that the restaurant was now closed because it was too busy. I pleaded with him as I hadn’t eaten food all day and my travel had also been badly delayed. the last thing I needed was no food. luckily he took pity on me and asked in the kitchen if they would make some food! all ended well but in such circumstances the reception need to know otherwise I could have tried to make alternate plans while I was still in the taxi.
