A localização e os funcionários são os pontos altos deste hotel. Localizado entre a Estação Midi-Zuid (15 minutos a pé) e o centro histórico da cidade, e com uma estação de metrô (Anneessens) na esquina, você terá acesso a tudo que precisa para explorar Bruxelas e cidades próximas, como Bruges, Gente e Antuérpia. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, sempre dispostos a te ajudar e se comunicar. Meu muito obrigada especial a Khan, Mansoor e Husnain. No que se refere ao custo benefício, foi o melhor que consegui em Bruxelas, que é uma cidade com valores muito altos de hospedagem em geral, especialmente para quem viaja sozinha.

O quarto NÃO condiz com as fotos e descrições (verifiquem as fotos que tirei). O quarto é pequeno, não possui armário (apenas um suporte com 3 cabides), você precisa apoiar a mala numa cadeira que seria para usar no "espaço de trabalho", que não é adequado, pois consiste em uma mesa redonda pequena, sem boa iluminação. O quarto não possui isolamento acústico, você ouve tudo que acontece ao redor, e é quente. Fui na primavera e passei calor, não creio que seja viável no verão. O banheiro eu considero que é o pior do quarto, é pequeno e não possibilita circulação ou acessibilidade, podendo ser especialmente incômodo para pessoas muito altas, obesas ou idosas (verifique as fotos que tirei). O suporte para ducha do chuveiro simplesmente não fixa, quando você abre a torneira, o chuveiro move-se para trás e molha TODO banheiro. Pedi ajuda para consertá-lo, e sei que tentaram, mas exige uma troca de equipamento geral.

L'accueil du personnel très bienveillant. La proximité de tout commerces et du centre ville.

La literie était confortable, c’était propre. Comble du luxe sur Bruxelles, j’ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte et c’était silencieux, le rêve.

Pour chipoter, il manquait un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain et celle ci était assez petite. Mais ça passe

When I entered the room I stumbled about pieces of broken glass. TV and reading lamp did not work and have not been fixed after relevant information. When checking in and 2 more times I asked for an invoice on my companies name which has at all occasions been promised but not done. The same after two e-mails and two phone calls with the manager - promises but no results.

Served it’s purpose for a cheap place to stay for a stag do, beds were comfortable.

Only half built, wires still hanging out the walls, painting not finished. Area is not the best, felt like we were being watched by the locals.

The location is great, it's in the heart of old Brussels. Easy access from all the touristic attractions (walking distance) and right outside the metro. The staff/management are very friendly and helpful.

The individual bedroom gave on a very dark patio. If I kept the window closed it was very hot in the room, and if I opened the window it was very noisy and without privacy because other windows from other rooms gave on the patio. In the winter this may not be an issue as the windows are closed.

Towel seemed already used. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself.

Noise. The room was in front of a square and there wasn't soundproofing windows. We couldn't sleep, it was very disapointing.

the hotel was ideally located a short walk from my work conference location

the bathroom was *tiny* I had to turn sideways to get between the sink and the loo! however, it was clean and everything worked no problem - just a bit of a tight squeeze!

The hotel location was perfect. Only 9 minutes from the Grand Place and 19 minutes to the train station. Every member of the staff has been super nice. I can’t praise them enough.

The hotel needs some renovation work. The room is clean but very poor in the design.

really enjoyed my stay here! lovely and friendly staff / exceptionally close to the centre of town and right next to the train line / room was a good size (basic, but had everything you could need)!

the locks on the door were a little stiff to use but that's just because they're old and not really that big of an issue! the doors/walls are thin so noise carries but that's also due it being an older building and didn't really affect my stay much.

Good location, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good value for the stay.

The Location is exceptional. I had a very straightforward journey to find the location and early check-in was possible. Staff members were helpful and polite.

- The lock of the room door was frequently been getting stuck, causing inconvenience. - Rooms are not sound proof and It was noisy. - The pillow was as hard as a rock. - By simple strategies such as putting an empty glass or a hairdryer in the room, they can enhance the customer satisfaction. I asked for hairdryer and the reception provided it. But there was no hairdryer in the room. I expected more based on the money that I paid.

Very friendlys tuff, nice Hotel for a night. Parking (20€)was available just around the corner.

Continantal Breakfast 8€ but its not worth it. One Croissant and a Discounter self baked up bread roll, that's all. Only butter and Marmalade (cherry and strawberry) was available. Cuppochino Machine was great. Next to the hotels are small shops which offer breakfast too.
