Vi havde værelse ud til gårdhaven, hvor der var lidt larm. ifl. en lille seddel på døren er der ikke adgang til gårdhaven efter kl. 22. Det blev ikke overholdt. Det kunne være en god ide at låse døren kl. 22.

La ubicación es muy buena si viajas en tren. Está cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas. Para usar el elevador es necesario usar escaleras, por lo que si viajas con equipaje pesado o tienes problemas de movilidad, no es la mejor opción.

De route naar de lift bevat altijd 1 trap naar boven of naar beneden. Dit vind ik niet handig. Het ontbijt is redelijk, maar voor de prijs wat onder de maat in vergelijking met andere hotels. De kamer was ronduit klein. Douche prima.

Room was so small couldn’t put our luggage anywhere. Had to step over luggage to go to bathroom. Or couldn’t open room door to leave because luggage was in the way. Had 3 pieces. Room had no air con. Windows open made lots of street noise.

La ubicación buenísima a la vuelta del metro y de la estación central de trenes, además de Tivoli. Zona muy interesante, Meat Packing District cerca con restaurantes muy buenos.

El desayuno, es buffet pero la calidad no es buena, mejor salí a buscar otras opciones.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Tivoli park and within a 20-minute walk to the city center. There is also a metro station very close to the hotel which is also convenient. We enjoyed the communal lobby as well as the heated floor in the bathroom. One particular lady from the staff in the evening shift was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately our stay at Go Hotel Ansgar was much worse than expected. First of all the elevator does not stop on every floor, but in between, so you always have to climb a few steps up or down to reach your destination. On the first night, a wooden plank with nails fell off from our bed and in general the bed was not comfortable at all. The third bed was really narrow and as a result I was afraid of our kid falling at the floor. The worst thing though was the fact that upon check-in we have been asked to pay extra for our child even though we booked a superior double room which was the same as a triple room with exactly the same price, photos, room size etc. This incident happened around noon when we arrived at the hotel and until 21.00 pm that we returned in our room, the bed for our kid was not made up. We had to ask from the reception to make up the bed, which they finally did but without providing any towels. We asked again the next morning for towels but still nothing until the third day that we asked the cleaning lady straight and we managed to get the towels! The cleaning lady also threw away my face cream which I had in a sample container thinking it was a rubbish probably! In general, not a customer-oriented hotel at all and we also felt that they ripped us off for what they offered.

Für unser Vorhaben war das Hotel bestens geeignet. Die zentrale Lage am Bahnhof sehr gut. Das Badezimmer sauber . Die Tour nach Malmö, Schweden mit Flixbus in 5 min zur Haltestelle. Ein gutes Restaurant auch in der Nähe, vom Hotel empfohlen. Danke!

De ligging is perfect, om de hoek de metro, en een kwartiertje lopen naar t centrum De kamer was zeer schoon en het personeel was heel vriendelijk

De kamer met 2 losse bedden was wel heel klein

Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie mogliśmy się dostać na własnych nogach. Bardzo dużo obiektów gastronomicznych blisko hotelu. Dodatkowo przepyszne śniadania!

Great breakfast with plenty of Choice. Staff very helpful and location was good.

Bed weren’t the most comfortable with the thin mattresses and bottom sheet that kept coming off!

La situación del hotel, muy cerca de la estación central donde coges el tren directo para ir al aeropuerto. Estación de metro a 50 metros. Desayuno abundante y personal amable. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo que je se necesita.

Super Lage, unweit des Hauptbahnhofs und der Metro. Dennoch ruhig gelegen. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt!

The hotel is very well located, near to the central station and the city centre is easily reachable on foot. The beds are very comfortable, excellent shower and my room was very quite, despite being an exterior one.

My room did not have a wardrobe for the clothes, just a rack with some hangers. I had to do some adaptations of the rack trays to fit my clothes.

When we arrive, the sink was blocked. They changed our room to a very smaller one. Then in the evening the room was cold, 7 degrees outside. The heaters are not working even it was written that they provide heating which was not the case. They ironically said that heating does not work during the weekend. They gave us a small heater which could not heat the room. I could not stay in the hotel even I paid, asked for cancellation and they didnt. I had to stay at another hotel and end my trip one day before than expected as I dont want to pay another night for another hotel. It was horrible experience. I dont suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. One of local told us later also this is not safe area.

Room bigger then on the photos, extremely clean, very helpful management, perfect location, everything in a walking distance. They help us with taxi booking on our way back.

It had a nice courtyard where we could picnic in the evening.

The level of cleanliness was just awful, the room was dusty and the bathroom was very dirty on arrival and even after the cleaners passed. There was not even a fresh soap, no box of tissues, no glass cups or mugs for the tea kettle… nothing in the bathroom like cotton/soap/lotion. Hair in the bottom of the shower and behind the bathroom and room doors. The room was poorly insulated and we could hear people stomping above our room all morning and evening. We paid 265 euros per night and this did not even include breakfast, very disappointed. The staff were virtually invisible and as we were leaving they were very unhelpful when we had questions about directions.

Superb location, near the station and main touristic attractions.

A better structure for not getting the bathroom so wet during shower should be done.

Location - good for access to trains and metro and everything easily walkable too.

Paying to store luggage securely after check out. Hotel will store luggage in an unlocked room for free but anyone can access it. If you want it secured it’s 40kr for a large locker.

Central and close to the main train station to travel around.

Room layout very tight and boxy. Very bad wifi in the room, and only reasonable in reception. Bathroom shower only had a curtain, allowing the bathroom get quite wet. Staff not particularly friendly.

The hotel is near the central station within walking distance (2 blocks) with easy access to the metro and the airport. Lots of ethnic restaurants and mini-markets around. Also within 3 blocks of Tivoli Gardens and 4-5 blocks from the main City Hall area. Lots to do and see.

The area around train stations are not always the best although there was nothing scary or dangerous (in my opinion). The price of everything (including hotels) in Copenhagen seems expensive compared to other Scandinavian countries.

The location was fantastic. It is very close to the main Copenhagen station.

It was very noisy. We were in a room right above the lobby and I had to have earplugs to be able to sleep.
