Pleasant view, especially from breakfast room. Room spacious enough. Parking easy, although not clear where you’re meant to park. Lovely lady serving breakfast, despite breakfast being poor.

The crazy strong fragrance used in lots of properties in Portugal has been giving me sleepless nights, I assume something to do with the cleaning. It was very strong at this property, opening the window didn’t help. Someone communicated with me via the app, who seemed to have good English, but I never met this person. Breakfast very basic. Bed wasn’t especially comfortable. Seemed like a cheapie. Newish building but already various maintenance issues apparent, such as shower problems. Expected better given the price. Not expensive, but not cheap so standard should have been higher.

The security of the doors and the view was great. Rooms were basic but clean. I wish there was a kettle or access to one.

Size of the bed. We never saw the proprietor but he was relatively responsive.

The room was exceptionally large with a lot of space to open suitcases etc. We hD. Terra e to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The bathroom was so extra large.

Bruno, the owner of the property was really nice and helpful. The place was very pretty, bed was comfortable, location was perfect. :)

Breakfast, which costs additional 20 EUR. We had to leave with an early train and asked for a takeaway breakfast, which they kindly prepared, however the breakfast itsfelf did not worth the money, it was a very low budget breakfast. This is why I could not give the maximum rate for the property.

Location is really good. Amazing view from the balcony and common areas. The host was so lovely and kind. The bedroom was ok. Bed is a double, not a large double and a bit firm but ok for 1 night. Bedroom is mostly clean except for the shower area that really needed a scrub. Breakfast is simple but it had what we needed to start the day.

The bedroom doesn’t have a fridge. Would have been nice to have filtered water maybe in the common area and a glass bottle we could fill up and bring to the bedroom or at least glass/cups available for use. Specially considering how challenging it can be for travelers to find any stores open at certain days and times. If you are reading this, come prepared with water bottles and snacks.

Valley location/view. Clean. Quiet location. Outside balcony would be enjoyable in a warmer season.

No TV in rooms. Heavily perfumed cleaning products (makes me sick). Very minimal breakfast, a couple of cold items you were expected to microwave. Important: entrance/exit is onto a highway with double-blind visibility - minimally, owners need to install roadway mirrors to reduce collision risk and anxiety.

The location, the beautiful view, a very comfortable bed and a nice good simple breakfast.

The bathroom needs a good ventilator. It’s very damp.

Location is nice, just be careful along the first 200 m walk along road into town. Very friendly. Great bed. Nice standard help yourself breakfast. For those who like a short 1.5 hour hike, there is a nice loop that takes you along a B road up the slope north of the house, up to one of the best vantage points overlooking the Pinhao river and village. Just cross the road to the entry point and head north and follow the B road shown in googlemaps. This will take you to the top along stone road and then back down along a gravel road back to the main paved road that leads back to the house. Again, just be careful aling main road, about 300 m back to house. Walk against traffic.👍 The climb up is steep but the footing is good. We are 60 y.o.

Well maintained large house on the north side of the river - quiet location, within walking distance of the village centre. The entrance is easy to miss as you leave the village and is located in an awkward position on the mountain road. The welcome was excellent and we both enjoyed our stay.

The use of the kitchen facilities wasn’t made clear to us . When we decided to stay in for the night and share some cold dishes for supper we upset the host by using the crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. If the use is restricted it should be explained as it made us uncomfortable to see our host upset.

The dog 🐕. The whole place was modern, spacious and charming. A perfect spot to explore the region and we wished we could have stayed another night

The apartment was large and nicely furnished. Everything was clean, amazing views. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The views were incredible!

There is a large dog that - although cute - was shedding and lay on the outdoor furniture of our room and tried to come into the room at times.

The location, staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the place is small enough to see people and have privacy.

The breakfast was poor, with no local products, and the swimming pool access was very tricky, besides the size of the pool was smaller than expected. The swimming pool equipment missed some maintenance.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The owner was very polite and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, excellent breakfast spread and the view from the pool was spectacular. I would highly, highly recommend this place.

Nothing could've been better, it exceeded all our expectations.
