The front desk staff are poorly trained; they refused to provide me with an invoice upon checkout. They insisted that I should contact Booking.com for the invoice and were unwilling to confirm their understanding. However, after I contacting Booking.com, they acknowledged that they could and should provide the invoice, and requested that I cover the mailing costs. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel if you're seeking reasonable service. *I'm from Taiwan, so I was communicating with them in Chinese. If you are not a Chinese speaker, I believe you will encounter more difficulties than I did.

ok for short stay, good breakfast

Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Location was fine close to shops and subway.

Gym and pool were minimal.
