Pulizia decisamente migliorabile, coprimaterassi macchiati e capelli in bagno, tazze del caffè sporche, con zucchero secco all'interno. Cosa molto strana in un hotel norvegese.

Wir hatten ein super Angebot für die Übernachtung. Der Normalpreis wäre uns zu teuer.

I was upgraded to Superior room. Was a perfect size for 7 night stay. Location was brilliant. Less than 5 mins walk to all the tours. Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of varieties. The sauna and gym were an added bonus and had an amazing view.

We didn’t have a good view from our bedroom. We were facing other rooms. Couldn’t open our curtains.

Zentrale Lage, Aktivitäten im nahen Umkreis buchbar, die Aussicht. Yonas hat als Restaurant italienischen Zuschnitts überzeugt. Der Zimmerservice war sehr aufmerksam.

Zum Teil wenig kommunikatives Personal an der Rezeption, das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich breites Angebot aber eintönig. Das Lunchpaket wegen früher Abreise war dürftig , das Brot eingetrocknet. Insgesamt lieblos. Wegen der vielen Angebote wäre ein Concierge hilfreich. Das Bad hat eine Renovierung verdient.

Location is excellent ! Hotel interior is very nice and breakfast is exceptional ! Staff in the restaurant is very friendly and choice of food is remarkable ( quality and variety )

Great location.

We decided to upgrade to a standard room with a view and unfortunately, when we arrived the window looked directly onto another part of the hotel. You couldn’t have the curtains open as you could see directly into one another’s rooms and only if you leant to the window and craned your neck could you see some of the water. We queried this with the staff and they said they were fully booked and so we couldn’t change rooms. Admittedly, we spent little time in the room so it didn’t matter too much but I would question the photographs and marketing they have of their ‘sea view rooms’, I’m sure some of them are wonderful but this isn’t consistent; had we known this in advance we wouldn’t have bothered upgrading and just saved the money (roughly £55 extra a night).

Stayed for a week at this absolutely fantastic property. Views from room 416 were fantastic. Waking up to views of the snow-clad mountains and the sea view was such a dreamy experience. Staff at the front desk were always courteous and very helpful. The location is fantastic and less than a minute's walk to most pick-up locations for the tours. Airport bus drops you right in front of the hotel and local public transportation is available behind the hotel. Radisson is a brilliant property to stay in Tromso. This was our tenth-anniversary vacation and we couldn't have been more happier about our decision to stay at this property.

Breakfast options got a bit boring after day 3 since it seemed like the same spread.. But hey thats on us for staying for a week :)...

Central location, and great breakfast, reasonably good rooms

Doesn’t have an in-house Restraunt which is a big negative for a 4 star hotel chain. The house keeping staff are a bit thrifty in so far as they don’t replenish the used toiletries. No drinking water was provided in the room , only an empty bottle to collect water was provided. Even if the tap water is drinkable, for some of us it’s psychologically difficult to accept collecting water from the wash room for drinking/ making coffee etc. water was not provided even after request. In my humble opinion this is a bolt on a chain hotel like Radisson. Staff are generally helpful and pleasant except for one who tent to be a little rude

Online check-out was strange. I still to check-out manually when I wanted to leave my key at the desk. Online check-in mails started very early and there were 4 in total. Considering Booking sends all messages as well, there were 8 mails asking me to check-in. A bit much. Some small tweaks in the auromation are needed. :-)

The location of the hotel could not be better. All the excursions, booking centres, restaurants, shops and bars are within the immediate vicinity. The staff at the hotel were helpful, breakfast was excellent, rooms larger than expected. I will recommend the Radisson Blu to all my friends and family as the place to stay in when visiting Tromso, it's a must. I can't say enough about it.

Buffet breakfast was hands down the worst tasting, not fresh, minimal variety I’ve ever had

The breakfast was nice, as could be expected for that price. The room looked really nice and was very comfortable (I stayed in the small room by myself). The shower was excellent. The television was a large size (but not too large), it had a chromecast attached. The view from the room was good. There was a machine to get ice cubes in the hallway.

I think the small room is suitable for two people, and I think that in that case it would be a little cramped.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, showing clipped toenails and heavily stained toilet paper.

I've become a fan of Radisson Blue. Great rooms. Great breakfast. WiFi worked well. Convenient location. I was charged 277 NOK for a taxi from the airport which seemed too much.

It was good to have a no-fuss left luggage room. However, it did seem a bit lax that I collected my luggage later in the day without the man on the desk seeming to even look up to see who was taking it.

It’s in the centre of town, the breakfast was very good.

No car parking, which is a problem in Tromsø which is a city that clearly hates cars with it’s road pricing, obscure signage and weird one-way systems. Parking is very difficult and very expensive. I would advise anyone against using Tromsø as a base for exploring this glorious part of Norway. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are very small and poorly serviced, no shower gel, nothing replaced during my stay.

The room was very clean and cosy. It was a smaller room - more of a “pod”, which we weren’t expecting. The hotel staff were helpful. Our luggage had been lost by the airline and the hotel provided a toothbrush each when we asked. That was also helpful.

Room was too small with only one side to the bed.
