Location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Somewhat expensive parking (quite common in Tromsø)

We had a one night stay in Tromso as our final port from the Hurtigruten. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the docks. The Breakfast was delightful with staff on hand to ensure everything was fresh and clean. The secured luggage closet was convenient. Lots of easy to access public transportation nearby.

The hotel was under construction. While that did not affect us with noise or anything, the halls were a bit full. I imagine things will be really nice once completed!

The breakfast was outs - both delicious and abundant. The spread offered a rich variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The quality of the food was excellent!

However, the information provided about cleaning services was inadequate and unclear, which detracted from the overall experience.

Super nettes Personal! 24/7 Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Ein außergewöhnlich gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Bequeme Betten, wenn auch recht schmal. Zentral gelegen, tolle Lage.

Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte rasch, leise und angenehm und sorgte für gute Luft.

Frokosten var nydelig, personalet var hyggelig. Rommet var helt greit

Da vi kom på fredag, var det fritt for vann. På lørdag utpå dagen ble det også fritt for vann. Vi fikk ikke dyrsje, pusse tenna, bruke toalette. Renovasjon på gang. Vi kunne ikke hvile oss etter shopping på lørdag. Masse bråk og borring på naborommet.. Var ikke dette vi hadde gledet oss til med ei hotell helg. Ikke ofte vi gjør det

la colazione, molto varia e con buoni prodotti, la posizione (praticamente nel cuore di Tromso.

In primis, il bagno. Ho trovato la vasca (usata a mo di doccia) estremamente scivolosa e senza appigli per uscire in sicurezza…l’unico appoggio è il lavandino…traballante! il letto molto grande ma non comodo. la pulizia generale non era al top… veramente un peccato.

Colazione, personale gentile e ottima posizione

Il fatto che la camera era fredda e la prima sera abbiamo dovuto dormire con pile e calze, il secondo giorno visto che la situazione non era cambiata lo abbiamo fatto presente al ragazzo alla reception e ci ha detto che avrebbe fatto il possibile per risolvere il problema. Dopo 2 ore ritorno a chiedere se vi sono novità e finalmente trova una stanza di qualità leggermente superiore e ci dice che se vogliamo fare il cambio dobbiamo pagare 600 Nok per la differenza e gli faccio presente che la richiesta è a causa di un malfunzionamento dell'hotel e trovo inspiegabile il fatto che dovessimo pagare la differenza..lui mi risponde che o paghiamo o non ci cambia la camera..e allora pur di non dormire altre due notti al freddo decidiamo di pagare e per fortuna la nuova camera è calda...peccato perché se non fosse per questo episodio il mio giudizio sarebbe stato molto diverso

Breakfast was amazing so was the location of the hotel. The room was warm and spacious.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, das Badezimmer kuschelig warm, das Personal hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet absolut genial!! Die Lage des Hotels ist auch genial plus wir konnten unser Auto in der Tiefgarage unterstellen, tiptop!

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, im Hotelzimmer hat man jeglichen Lärm von draussen wie auch den Zimmernachbarn/Flur gehört und gewisse Stellen des Hotels hätten eine kleine Renovation nötig.

Die Lage der Parkplatz in Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeit. Gutes Frühstück

Emplacement de l’hôtel au cœur de la ville, proche magasins et restaurants. Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre et literie confortable. Personnel très accueillant.

very well located. the only problem was with some renovations of the building. we were without water in bathroom at 10.30 a.m. but except this problem our stay was pleasant.

The breakfast was varied and good.

There was maintenance going on but this was told to us when we arrived. We had been in this hotel 7 years before but it has deteriorated, not worthy of a 4 star hotel. No kettle and coffee facilities in the room. No hot water in the shower. €195 for 1 night + parking is way too high.

Nice hotel in downtown Tromso. Essentially an airport stay for us. Room was nice but a little noisy with the windows open and too hot with them closed. The block-out curtains also hinder airflow. There is no cooling in many hotels in Norway. A pull-down bunk for our third person was great but these do make the rooms a little tighter. Having a fridge is good but some wine glasses in the room would be nice.

Quite noisy at night. Was summer with the midnight sun so lots of people out.

Location in the attractive old area of Tromso plus in easy walking distance for the Express ferry port. Good restaurants and activities in close reach. We had an early start so the night porter prepared our breakfast into take away bags. Also walking distance to the bus stops for the airport and cable car. The tourist information centre in the Express Ferry Terminal was excellent.

Breakfast was delicious. Evening buffet was good.

Breakfast was versatile and very good. Had a view toward the city from the hotel room. Services were really easy to reach. The best souvenir shop (my favourite one) is located just so near as it can be! Service at the hotel was warm and friendly. One wish: take so called city bikes in use, would be easy to see the whole city by cycling ;)

Parking places was not that easy to find but we managed finally at the harbour and used Easy Park application for it, was handy and easy to use.

The breakfast was good, lots of different things to chose from. The location was also excellent!

The room wasn’t very clean, the towels had dirt stains on them and it was only a little bit toilet paper left in the room. Had to go to the reception twice to fix it. The lights over the bed didn’t work and we had to go to the reception three times to change the light bulbs ourselves, only the third time the receptionist came with us. I also could not charge my phone without having the lights on, which was highly inconvenient at night. No spare pillows in the room neither.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Break fast spread was very good. Competitive room rent. Central location.

No direct lift to the seventh floor. Luggage shifting is difficult as we have to come to the fifth floor and then to the seventh. .

Location very handy after disembarking from the Hurtigruten. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good breakfast. Tastefully presented hotel.
