Staff were extremely friendly

The price was right and the staff are friendly. The rooms and beds are small but it was a good place to stay for just 2 nights.

The hotel and the room were very good value for money. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but everything was as expected and we had a good sleep (with earplugs).

We stayed in the hotel on a very hot week and the room was a bit hot too. Without AC we had to sleep with window open and the courtyard was surprisingly noisy in the night. With earplugs it was ok.

Very fast and simple check in, even though it was after midnight. The black out curtains were very good and even though the room was on the ground floor it was very quiet. It was easy enough to find local restaurants/supermarkets for food. All in all, a good choice for anyone looking for a no frills, centrally located secure place to explore the area from. Very close to airport buses too.

Everything was fine. The lack of a fixed breakfast wasnt a problem as the hotel was close enough to the city centre restaurants/cafes. Well worth checking out for a low cost no frills place to stay in Tromso.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern building. The Hotel is alternative approach to classic Hotels, giving you what you really want at a great price, while not wasting your money on services you don't really need. Breakfast is not served, rooms are only cleaned every 4 days or upon request. On every travel all I want from a hotel is nice bedroom with bathroom. Every other service feels forced upon me with only Backpacker like alternatives. This Hotel understands what I want while travelling.

Perfect location, right in the city centre. Awesome customer service and receptionists. Nice and well stocked small coffee shop at the reception.

Maybe I'd have preferred a bigger room.

1. Loction was awesome. Literally at the central area in tromso. Easy connectivity with Airport and other places. 2. Self checkin process was seamless and easy. 3. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was really very comfortable. Nice view from the room. 4. On Sundays you can hold the room till 6 pm free of cost. That was really good as I had my flight at 9 so I could hold the room untill 6. No need to checkout early and keep your luggage at luggage room. 5. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Only thing I could mention here is - the rooms are a little smaller as compared to the price of the room. But the rooms were really clean and well maintained. I had a lovely experience at Comfort Hotel Express.. It was very cozy.

Location is good. But I won't recommend this hotel.

The receptionist accidentally gave access of my room to another customer. I was in the room sleeping when I heard the door close. When I went down to clarify what happened, the receptionist only apologized and offered a free cup of coffee/tea (obviously moot point), said that it has never happened before etc. He did not offer anything else more. Totally ridiculous. I don't think the hotel staff are well trained. Among many other things about this hotel (you need to get a drinking cup from the receptionist as it is not placed in the room), room is only cleaned once every 4 days in your hotel (assuming you stay more than 4 days which is common in Tromso). Because of these things, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
