Fantastic stay! We really want to come back ❤️ The host is very nice and helpful! The breakfast is just super good - a lot of fresh local food. Location is superb - from the roof terrace (which is one more reason to live this place) you can see the sea and beach and it’s about 10/15 minutes by foot to the vaporetto stop. Villa looks like a museum inside. And Sarah (the dog) is just kindest and the most beautiful dog ever 🤍 I was staying there for my birthday and I can’t imagine better place for celebrating it.

A floor in the bath was a bit cold.

We really enjoyed our stay with Alessandra and Stefano. The whole holiday was very straightforward and they were very welcoming. we loved Sara the dog, the breakfast and Alessandra’s optimum hospitality;)

Beautiful house with amazing view to the sea from the roof balcany. So lovely and friendly staff took care of us and served very nice breakfast. We also loved the dog Sara, she was the sweetiest dog ever!

Very nice base for Venice... close to beach but only 15 mins plus a 20 min walk from St Marks. The owners are very nice people and the appartment was comfortable. A real piece of Italy.

A superb location, free parking, clean and huge rooms, kitchen with all the utensils and appliances one needs, etc. A perfect cost/quality balance.

Lovely family , so attentive and kind. Loved the roof terrace but it was too cold to partake? The breakfast was really good. we had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gabriella. The villa is extraordinary with it’s beautiful setting right by the beach, a short ride from Venice and a nice place to relax from it, too. Alessandra was very nice and forthcoming, and my kids loved her friendly dog Sarah so much they would have adopted her right away! A definite recommendation for your stay in Venice!

The host couldn't do enough for us, really friendly, lovely breakfast, beautiful old building, quiet at night, comfortable bed and excellent location. We will definitely return to here.

The Villa is well located a short distance from the centre and 1 minute from the beach. The Villa is beautifully furnished with some antique furniture. The apartment was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host Allessandra was so helpful, picking us up from the ferry and advising us of good places to eat.

Large & clean apartment. Very friendly host. Despite the Corona pandemic we felt safe at Villa Gabriela.
