The location of the hotel, the kindness of the staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Location. Very friendly staff. The reception staff specially John who was kind enough to switch rooms for me as I wasn’t too happy with the room given to me. He and the rest of the staff was friendly and efficient in dealing with the issue quickly.

Nothing . Just wasn’t happy with the room as the door linking possibly to another room was making me uncomfortable. But the issue was quickly rectified by John and the rest of the reception team.

Very cool staff and helpful they give us upgrade room by free. clean place & very comfortable, quiet with reasonable price Last near to many shopping places and restaurants

كل شي كان جيد بس نوعا ما كان موقع الاقامة الفندق في كثير من الازدحام والمحلات القديمة.

I am so glad to be back to this Hotel. Staff were really helpful especially Aman from Reservation and Sherouma in Reception. There is one guy also in Concierge was very helpful and always smile but sadly I forgot his name. We got a spacious suite in 5th floor with a nice and clean room with a decoration on the bed make our stay more memorable. The only thing was the view was blocked by other building but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Pool temperature is warm and sauna not working at that time.

ارضية الغرف لم تكن من السجاد وانا احب السجاد واضائة الغرفه خافته جدا .

Easy parking, friendly staff, easy check in and check out, room was clean and tidy.

They have to pay more attention to bathroom cleaning

We really enjoyed their breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is spacious and bedroom is nice. Staffs are accommodating.

The sofa and throw pillows in our room smell and lift gets crowded and slow.
