Location, Parking, and Staff were helpful at the end.

Rooms were booked as twin / double with sofa bed as we were traveling for work. The hotel said due to them being booked through Booking.com and not directly with them they give us whatever rooms available they have at the time. Rooms are a bit tired and looks like they in need of a overdue renovation.

Plus rien contrairement aux années précédentes.

Hygiène déplorable ( constater sur plusieurs jours avec photos à l’arrivée où s’était sale et après rien n’ai lavé toujours sale même +++++🤢! service très limité. petit déjeuner très limité, un morceau de beurre coupé en morceau ou tout le monde y met les doigts … machine à boissons chaudes état lamentable jamais laver depuis notre présence ( plusieurs jours) jus de fruit couper avec de l’eau … draps sale non changé, shampooing et savon vide . il y a tellement à dire …. l’hôtel a ÉNORMÉMENT régressé, le Covid c’est fini, il faudrait se remettre en question….

Clean tidy room, tea coffee making facilities provided as well as an iron and ironing board. Good breakfast, hot and cold selection. Plenty f car parking

No rail or hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

Quiet and breakfast was lovely.

Had to change rooms due to strong smell of urine in our rooms bathroom, urine all over the floor and the smell hit as soon as you opened the door!

Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean too. Good towels.

A few more milks and some biscuits would be nice.

Everything just perfect , so so different to your other Hotel in Oldbury West Midlands, think they need a new manager & staff who can happily deal with customers & get it cleaned up

Great breakfast, fresh and hot. We had so much choice. The coffee machine did run out of milk but I think staff were fairly quick to replenish. The hours for breakfast were quite short and it was busy but we were very impressed over all.

There wasn't anything unpleasant during our stay.

The breakfast selection was lovely just what I needed to start the day. The bed was comfortable. The staff who welcomed us on the Sunday were lovely and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay.

Pillows on the bed had been washed and left lumpy and hard, they should have been replaced. Serving a dessert partly frozen and served with custard was not enjoyable. Air conditioning only on for 1/2 hour at a time not sufficient when we're having a mini heat wave.

The room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time, the sink was broken and shower was blocked. The kettle was unsafe to use for drinks had to buy one from a supermarket nearby.

The location was ideal. Room was clean and tidy.

The rudeness of one of the catering staff towards a lady staying at the hotel. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, totally unacceptable. He was obnoxious and cocky. The lady in question was having difficulty with the drinks machine ie orange juice. She just needed a little help. The member of staff in question found it amusing. And the state of the dining area when we went down for breakfast . No tables cleared or cleaned. Lady at reception absolute lovely.

Close to train station and local shopping centre. Good value for money.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. Are girls are to big to share pull out sofa bed very small double but still to young to have separate room so we have to use different hotels which is a shame because we like this hotel.

The coffee machine didn't work properly. I'd ask for a latte and get a black coffee instead

Good standard of room with everything you need for a one night stay. Good sized rooms and our request for a quiet room was honoured.

There was a large coach party staying so breakfast was chaos! I don't think the hotel expected everyone to come at the same time. We gave up and checked out without eating breakfast.

Restaurant (breakfast) not big enough for the capacity of people staying. Cutlery was not clean. Both mornings ran out of white bread & one of the coffee machines was broken. Tables weren’t clean straight away so people were turning breakfast away because no where for people to sit. Feel as though they were under staffed though due to only seeing 1/2 people in the breakfast part so maybe this is due to lack of staff.

everything was brilliant the facilities were good bar open till 2am brilliant for a night cap. breakfast was amazing rooms were lovelybeds were comfy rooms were clean absoloutly brilliant

The coffee is awful and only decaf available in the room Breakfast - there was a constant wait for things to be refilled ,think more staff (especially when 2/3coach loads booked in) and more cups /cutlery are needed
