Nice rooms

Bad WiFi. Infuriating. Un-stocked mini-bar. Weird for a 5 star.

Het was netjes en straalde luxe uit. Geen minpunten. Ontbijt was top; er was volop keuze. De service was netjes, kamers waren netjes.

The view didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially we had a problem in the first room so were immediately put in another. Also I had a non-refundable price but couldn't go on the original date. The hotel were kind enough to let me change to another date at the same rate that I booked.

Thought breakfast was not very good value for the price of £30 per person - we had it in our room and it was clearly taken straight off the buffet, so not particularly fresh.

Spacious, clean, elegant and tasteful. Marvellous staff and excellent location. Would recommend opting for a room with a view which is totally worth it. Room was so quiet, did not hear a peep. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Did not include the breakfast as it seemed too expensive. Also, not a critique but a suggestion. Consider installing a pull-up bar in the gym.

The rooms are a little cramped.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti Paddingtonin aseman läheisyydessä. Ensiluokkainen palvelu. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja monipuolinen.

An excellent hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was lovely, and we also took advantage of the a la carte. Great view from our room.

Everything, we had the best view from floor 18, looking over the Royal Park. Staff we wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Such a fabulous feel of luxury and a wonderful location too.

The property is amazing, value for money as well.

The hotel has not returned my 88 pound deposit. And I stayed at this hotel 26 days ago.

Alles war perfekt, Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstücksbuffett, chillige Bar, leckeres Essen, bequeme Betten….usw. Alles top👍🏼

Das Frühstück ( Buffet ) ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage am Hyde Park und 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Die Zimmerpreise sind vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig, die Möblierung ist jedoch modern und geschmackvoll.

Im Doppelzimmer gibt es nur eine große Bettdecke. 2 Decken müssen über den Zimmerservice extra besorgt werden. Die Bar ist sehr dunkel beleuchtet. Der Fitnessraum hat außer Kardiogeräten wenig zu bieten. Die Zimmerpreise sind hoch, besonders der Aufpreis für Zimmer mit (schönem) Parkblick ist extrem, so daß die Einstiegspreise täuschen, denn für die guten Zimmer zahlt man schnell das doppelte!

The only negative is the service charge (tip) that gets added to your security bond before checking in with no explanation as to what it is for. This is refundable if requested but I don't like being told what tip to leave and to pay it before receiving the service.

O hotel é confortável e os funcionários super atenciosos e prestáveis. Foi fundamental o apoio prestado pela Aziza, muito atenciosa com a minha gravidez e pela Yolanda, prestativa em tudo o que solicitava e sempre presente para nos atender, não deixou que nos faltasse nada. E ainda falava connosco em português, nossa língua materna 🇵🇹 Ótima localização para casais que não queiram a a “confusão” de estar em downtown A cama era super confortável

O tamanho do quarto = 20m2 incluindo o wc, logo tornam-se em 9m2 para mobília e hóspedes. O wc não tem piaçaba nem ventoinha de ventilação. Os canais de TV são fracos e a qualidade da imagem da TV também.

We arrived at the hotel tired and weary after a long haul flight with little to no sleep. The pelting rain and brisk wind did not help. We received the warmest welcome from Ade at reception who checked us in, cheered us up and guided us to our room in super quick time. We could not be more grateful to Ade and your hotel has won our loyalty for this simple but tremendously kind experience. To top things off, we enjoyed a magnificent dinner at your in-house restaurant - Nipa Thai, that evening. Thank you!

Beautiful lobby, great room— I had a corner room and I definitely recommend it. Staff was accommodating to my schedule for housekeeping and the room was immaculate. Steps away from an underground stop.
