Friendly Staff and Very Clean, great entertainment, great food.

Sofa bed not the comfiest but 2 of us slept in it, would be ok for 1 person.

Hotel is looking tired

despite having a large group on a conference the hotel accommodated my group of 20 into the restaurant at short notice, they provided a number of choices including vegetarian options, the food was excellent, served hot at the table and managed to get all of the meals out quickly. The entertainment by Johnny B was excellent and provided some great music for dancing. It was a quieter location than the centre of Blackpool but easy access to the town due to the tram stop being just outside the hotel. Will definitely look to stay here again

The cooked breakfast could have been more organized with fresh cooked food delivered to the servery as and when required .

Stayed here for a friends wedding lovely stay, all the stay where really nice and friendly.The breakfast was really nice, although it did say comes with toast and butter which we didn't get not sure if we had to make this ourself as nothing was explained.

The telephone in the room wasn't working so couldn't get room service, The milk was off so couldn't have a brew first thing in the morning.

Noise outside of the room, went on all day and through the night, extractor fan or something similar. Kept us awake ,needs sorting out.

Hotel good well away from madness of the centre but with trams just outside if you want to get to town every easy.

I've been going for about 10 years on and off but just felt it was a little bit tired in places could do with a few updates (stair carpets with tape on, paint off around windows.) But saying that I would always stay there.

the room was very clean and tidy, kettle and tea on hand if needed ,pressure in shower was fantastic would definately book again and i thought it was worth more than i paid very happy with room hope to see you all again

Most of staff are kind and caring, we spoke to the manager Rick alot he was very professional and he made the stay better by remembering us, and having a laugh and jokes with us about my girlfriend's sun burn we really liked him, he was brilliant , the food in the restaurant we had was really nice as well.

The toaster could do with being moved over to the right hand side or changed places as that was holding the queue up for breakfast.

The room was comfortable , the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was in a good area.

The only downside was the sink was dodgy and when the toilet was flushed we turned the tap on and the dirty water filled the sink and there was a bit of poo in the sink, not sure what happened but it was fixed within a couple of hours

The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly, there was a wedding in the function room so they let us have a night cap in the cafe bar.

The room was abit dated and very very hot even with the window open and a fan, bed wasn't to bad but pillows and duvets need updated were lumpy

The staff that welcomed me were really friendly.

Have stayed here before and good value for money.

Only full cream milk available. When I asked for semi skimmed I was told that they didn't have any. Fresh fruit very very limited. Had to ask and a few strawberries appeared.
