Location is amazing for those wanting to spend time around the coastal area or heading into the city is just as easy with great public transport.

The shower and bath combination needs to be alot more modern and better for the price the guest are paying

Plenty of room in the apartment and the exceptional views. The beach and choice of nearby restaurants was great.

The carpet on Level 5 outside the lift smelled a bit damp or musty.

Well located relative to other attraction

Ocean views obstructed and access to beach not available with blocked fire exits. Noisy Power Generator next to unit as well as various construction traffic. Staff were unresponsive to concerns and just blamed other parties.

Rooms were a little aged but still very comfortable and extremely reasonable for the price.

Location was fantastic; right on the beach and close to the main attractions of Glenelg. The bed was really comfortable. There was a balcony that looked past other hotels and buildings to the beach in the distance.

The couch and couch pillows were stained and looked dirty and there was a spray of a white liquid on the bedroom wall that was fairly gross. The faucet was coming off the shower wall and the shower head was on its last legs. The bathroom was outdated and just didn't feel that clean. There were marks on most walls that made the room feel worn and unkempt.

The rooms where of a good size and a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The proximity to Glenelg made it an easy walk to restaurants.

The shower/Bath is a little dated. The bathroom was a little tired with some deep cleaning required. The restaurant to the Hotel is not the same.

It was a very nice apartment, hard to fault.

As there is no dryer, an airer would be useful. Also the gym should have towels.

shared balcony - personal belongings were taken from a rowdy guest also chairs and table were taken, hotel is outdated very old on the inside like I was stuck in the year 2000. not enough milk and sugar, key card system to the elevators always stopped every day I had to go and get the keys done Wi-Fi in the 2nd room i stayed at didn't work. all the staff were very helpful front entrance was nice, and the temperature was good made it nicer, no smoking area marked out or that i could find. tv in the bedroom didn't work safe didn't work room 228-1 also the bed head was dirty with stains and most of the walls need to be painted, I stayed in 2 rooms both needed paint jobs, TVs please update get smart TVs, no in room food options nor anything advertised, shampoo and conditioner was actually good for a brand i didn't know, towels linen all good

small. dirty dishes, broken facilities needs a lot of maintenance. dirty windows. not enough stock of coffe sugar etc and didn’t replenish. Hadbto ask for toilet paper.

Great location...Close to all public transport,eating places and even the beach.. Main shopping area of Glenelg is close by.

Great location to Marina restaurants Jetty Street shops and cafes and public transport.

it’s a bit dated and looks a bit tired. Needed to ask (several times) for wine glasses and coat hangers as these were missing from the apartment. Took several hours to get these.

The room was grim, we paid for a sea view room but looked over a dirty and unused terrace with glass balustrade that had not been cleaned & has a half broken and unmatching & broken chair on balcony The couch was filthy The bathtub was mouldy The corners of room not vacuumed properly Walls were really marked and had handprints The ‘one bedroom’ was actually just a studio separated by a frosted glass sliding door that could not be closed as bedside table was too large The dryer didn't work and just steamed the clothes so I had to request a clotheshorse
