Chrome cast didn’t work on the first night. Two staff separately came to check & after a conversation with the concierge we were offered a room change the next day. We were told WIFI issues are common.

the number of lift were only three. Thus, there were little lack when we wait the lift. Also, the quality of room wifi wasn't good. There was lagging and disconnection when I use it.

I have stayed at the Hilton in Perth numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and approachable. Very relaxing.

It has been a while since I have been to the Parmelia Hilton and they have carried out some really nice renovations. The staff are friendly and made my stay a very enjoyable experience.

The tv in our room did not allow us to change channels on one of the days.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a king bed but thought the room was going to be bigger. However, still enough and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was cooked well and had a lot of variety. Being near the Convention Centre meant an easy alternative for parking and easy access to our desired location (the C Restaurant) as well as the city centre and Swan River. We used the pool which was nice and refreshing, and not crowded.

There was a balcony which we would have like to access but the sliding door was bolted. We thought this may be a safety issue to prevent people using the balcony. There wasn't much not to like.

Bath and shower were not very clean, shower curtain very stained at the ends and hairs in the bath. Shower pressure was very low.

I found the rooms to be quite noisy, a lot of street noise, particularly in the early hours when garbage trucks are working around the city buildings. As the windows are very old the noise can disturb your sleep.
