Disappointing room with dirty carpet-poor quality furniture and old fashioned bathroom-shower over bath not good enough considering the price

The location is perfect. The amenities were very good and our room was very nice and clean.

The flowers in the lobby and my room were lovely. I really liked the staff. My dinner in the dining room downstairs was fantastic - try the sole.

Well-located, friendly staff, nice rooftop restaurant and great breakfast.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, but way too small (compared to other 4-star hotels I've stayed in). Not much of a big deal, but you may be surprised.

We were woken at 8am with construction workers removing a window from the next door guest room. It was like being on a building site. Nobody had mentioned that this would happen when we checked in. Otherwise we would not have stayed. Guest service management were very apologetic but it spoiled our experience at what was otherwise a good hotel.

The staff and the services where outstanding,specifically Pedro from reception , they upgrade our room because they took some time in the check in and we loved their response

lack of flexibility in changing dates or for a late check out - due to a direct family member accident.

Location is great, and you'll be within walking distance from most of Lisbon's attractions and best neighborhoods. The staff is very helpful with giving directions, helping with calling taxis and they have valet service and garage if you rent a car (additional cost). The hotel is everything you'd expect from a 4-star hotel and my experience was great.

You may find that the rooms are slightly smaller compared to other hotels I stayed at. The tiny elevators allow for 4-5 people max, which means you may be better off using the stairs to get to your room/lobby if you're at the lowers floors.

The cleaning, you has to ask to have your room cleaned. We did not like the way we have been received at breakfast time by the person who was supposed to locate a place

the concierge gave us bad information about where to see fado and told us didn’t need reservations when they were required.
