O hotel é bom, bem localizado e possui uma boa estrutura. Apesar de ser mais antigo e possuir, de certa forma, algum cheiro de mobilia velha, atende as expectativas. O quarto, apesar de antigo, atendeu bem nossa demanda. Não posso opinar sobre o café da manhã pq não comemos no hotel

A estrutura tá antiga e carrega um pouco o cheiro de cigarro. Fora isso, a equipe é bastante solicita e as demais comodidades atendem bem. Chegamos mais cedo e, por não ter quarto livre, nos disponibilizaram o SPA para um banho. Fomos muito bem tratados pelo time.

It was our first visit to Lisbon and the staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent and we especially enjoyed using the spa. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a wonderful view. There is a wide variety of food at breakfast, which we had on one occasion and we had a great meal in the restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel.

House keepers coming in the room after room was already cleaned. The reason for it was not clear.

Location was ideal for us, for we desired a quiet, restful night's sleep in a clean, spacious room that if needed we could feel safe walking 10 minutes to & from a Metro or Tram early or late. Absolutely felt safe in Hotel Dom Pedro and the surrounding area. What beautiful views from the amazing 19th floor window! Every hotel employee we interacted with greeted us with a smile, answered our questions, were capable & courteous. Enjoyed making an espresso in the room while preparing for the day & then enjoying a breakfast in the dining area before setting out on daily adventures. Four tables contained breakfast fare to meet everyone's tastes. Kudos to the attentive staff who tend to travelers during the busy breakfast buffet - attentiveness, hustle, teamwork, flexible - we were so impressed with you all! Our gratitude to the hotel housekeeping staff for maintaining the lovely room throughout our extended stay (chocolates on pillows ;). Professional, efficient check-in and check-out.

Room was adequate but poorly equipped: no drawers! breakfazt was good but over priced. Did not use the spa. On the wholw we found the hotel pretensious but not at all comfortable!

There was a large cloud of dust and long hairs the whole bed, and it also on the bed sheets.These are pictures for the cleaning problem. We cleaned this bed by ourselves and didn't sleep in it again. Because we did not know why it's so dirty, we're worried about health problems. First of all, we can't understand and accept the environment and hygiene of this hotel. Because of such sanitary conditions, it really affected our travel and sleep in Lisbon.

We have stayed here last year. We like this hotel, hence why we took our friends there this year. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and are very well equipped. The staff are all so friendly and very obliging.

As per all European hotels, the air conditioning doesn’t work as it’s not switched on for the season. The beds are on the firm side. What really lets the hotel down is the breakfast. All the hot items are stone cold and not pleasant. The breakfast room can get very busy and a bit chaotic.

Three star hotel at 5 star price.

We were upgraded to a suite which was beyond fabulous! The suite and public areas were immaculate. We had a view over Lisbon from 20th floor. Food was good and service was exceptional. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. Well worth the money and would definitely stay there again.

There could possibly have been a bit more variety for breakfast but honestly couldn't fault the hotel, our suite or the restaurants. Staff were also great, so no negatives.

Ordered a hamburger off the menu but came with no bun...odd, I ordered bread and made my own...my only disappointment with the hotel

our main feedback is that the air con in the bedrooms wasn’t strong enough at 25 degrees in April and we would be very worried about returning in the hotter months

The size of room, clean and cosy. The delicious fruits and a bottle of water every day replenished. The Service of car parking, check in and check out - quick and helpful. The breakfast- very good choice for vegetarians. The evening bar open with a good choice of wine and non alcohol drinks, and soft drinks. SPA - a great option after all day being busy visiting interesting places around Lisboa.
