Der Salzwasser-Pool direkt am Meer ist unglaublich. Das Wasser ist kühl und im Sommer so erfrischend. An Tagen mit viel Wellengang verschmolzen Ozean und Pool miteinander. Wer nach Madeira reist, sollte sich hier ein paar Tage gönnen. Das Personal ist zudem sehr zuvorkommend und hoch professionell. Das ganze Ambiente wirkt sehr persönlich und exklusiv.

Der Einrichtungsstil wirkt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Klasse sehr klassisch, manchmal etwas bieder. Die Lage an der Straße mag nicht jedem gefallen. Und ohne Auto ist man sehr ans Hotel und dessen (gutem, aber nicht gerade günstigen) Restaurant gebunden.

Tolles Frühstück!!! Schöne Lage. Direkt beim Flughafen (zu Fuss erreichbar), trotzdem ohne Fluglärm. Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht super freundlich empfangen. Es gibt schöne Pools - mehrere (direkt beim Hotel mit einem warmen Wasser und unten am Meer). Trotz der kleinen Distanz ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Flughafen.

Przebywaliśmy ( 6 osób) w tym hotelu kilka dni. Fantastyczny klimatyczny, butikowy hotel z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean. Bardzo dobra restauracja z interesującym menu. To co dodatkowo czyni ten hotel wyjątkowym to ludzie - bardzo miłe osoby zapewniają obsługę na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Osoby z obsługi zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji zasługują na najwyższą możliwą ocenę. W całym hotelu wszystko jest lśniące. Baseny rewelacyjne- jeden basen podgrzewany a drugi nad oceanem gwarantuje niezapomniane wrażenia. Idealny na kilkudniowy pobyt i jako baza do zwiedzania Madery. Bezwzględnie polecam!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was a perfect start to the day. The bedroom was spacious and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. On top of that, I was delighted to receive a free upgrade on my arrival, which made the experience even more special. The hotel's location is simply stunning. No matter where you are on the property, you're greeted with breathtaking ocean views, which added a serene and tranquil vibe to my stay. The staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were incredibly courteous, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. The sea pool was the prettiest I have ever seen, and it was such a good feeling swimming there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway. I can't wait to return!

Wir lieben es ! Hier passt alles zusammen. Waren jetzt zum 5 mal hier. Das Personal ist super und viele seid Jahren da. Die Pools sind super und man kann direkt über eine Leiter ins Meer. Dieses Jahr haben wir springende Delphine vom Balkon aus gesehen :-) Frühstücken macht hier Spaß und man hat alles was man braucht und viel mehr. Mit nur 20 Zimmern überschaubar und ruhig. Straße und Flughafen hört man, aber es stört nicht.
