Room was quiet even though was at front of hotel overlooking the main road. Was noisy when opened window. Friendly staff at meal times. Liked there was a restaurant which we used twice in the evening. A good selection at breakfast time though this was often very busy and had to wait to be seated. Quite often items needed to be replenished. As a vegetarian, found there was choice. Would have liked more pastries as ones I liked often empty baskets.

Uncomfortable pillows. Had a couple of stained bathroom towels. No sky/cable TV. Just Irish channels which made National and international news hard to acquire. Distance to main sites. Hotel at far end of North side of river. Not as close to attractions as thought. The initial impressions of the area were a bit off putting. Run down top end of street and massage parlour across the road didnt instil a lot of confidence. However, road was busy with bus stops used by many and generally felt safe. It’s a shame the massage parlours lower the tone.

La literie est vieillissante et inconfortable, toutes les chambres ne sont pas équipées de frigo, et certainement ont que deux chaises pour trois personnes

La habitación super amplia, camas comodas, apemas ruidos y sitio excelente, reposicio de cafes/tes agua y galletas a diario, genial!!

Estuvimos 4 noches y La habitación no la aspiraron ningun dia a pesar de tener la moqueta sucia a simple vista…que con niños es normal que caigan migillas de galletas/comida…

Great location, not too busy and loud, but still close to lots of shopping and fun. We didn’t visit Croke Park, but it’s close by as well. Lovely lounging area and bar. Didn’t end up eating at the restaurant, and just missed getting the late night pizza. ;) It was a great spot for us visiting Dublin!

The pillows were far too firm for being that fluffy. It would be nice if the extra pillows had softer options. It would also be nice to have an option to turn on the bathroom fan when needed — the fan is on an automatic system for the morning and the evening.

Absolutamente todo. El buffet muy variado y con amplia capacidad. Te dan variedad de opciones de salado y dulce. Trato del personal inmejorable.

Por decir algo, la localización un poco más alejado del 'centro'/ Temple bar que el resto de hoteles. Asimismo, el precio es demasiado elevado, acorde con el resto de alojamientos. Sin embargo, asumible y recomendable.

Horrible treatment, upon arrival an employee said that he could not check in for each person in the room because it took too long, we told him that we had time and it only took 1 minute, in order not to work, an employee took us to the luggage room and we could not and another started yelling at us that what we were doing, it wasn't our fault. The last day I had a contracture that I had to stay without going out on tourist visits, and I asked for a room or to pay something until later and they wouldn't let me. I went to the back of the hotel where there are some sofas that were not a transit area, and they put to rest with pain patches and was scolded again I have been traveling around the world since I was 18 and no one has ever treated me so badly on my trips. trato horrible, al llegar un empleado dijo que no podía facturar a cada persona de la habitación porque tardaba mucho, le dijimos que teníamos tiempo y tardo solo 1 minuto, para no trabajar, una empleada nos llevo a la sala de maletas y no se podía y otra nos empezó a gritar que qué hacíamos, no era culpa nuestra. El último día tuve una contractura que me tuve que quedar sin salir a visitas turísticas, y solicité una habitación o pagar algo hasta más tarde y no me dejaron me fui al fondo del hotel dónde hay unos sofás que no era zona de paso , y me puse a descansar con parches para el dolor y fui regañada de nuevo llevo viajando por todo el mundo desde los 18 años y nadie me había tratado tan mal en mis viajes
