Great location. in front of the historic Minerva, close to everything and very quiet.

the hotel its old, it is renovated but still and needs a few upgrades, but over all its great.

Location was great. The beds are super comfortable, bathroom is very well designed and functional. Buffet breakfast was superb.

All was working ok in my room and the rest of the facilities.

Its a nice hotel and clean good for just one stay

It is very outdating. We did get two rooms at first when I booked it but once we got there, they gave us a presidential feed. I was expecting something nice but why didn’t come through with something very interesting. It was a big room with two bedrooms, the main bathroom for the master suite the faucet didn’t work it was those handheld faucet, where it didn’t even have anywhere to hang it on, so you can take a proper shower without holding in. Also when I was trying to plug in my electronics the box for you connect it just pops out. Very interesting as well but it’s an OK don’t expect high in place.

it was a nice tall building and it was nice to stay on the 16th floor with a view. The room was spacious. the staff were very friendly.

They definitely and desperately need to update the hotel. The TV only had a fraction of the channels it should have. Most channels showed no signal even after getting the TV repaired. I wish we could have a smart TV so we could watch our Netflix. The room in the carpet was old and a little musty. Our shower/tub had a nasty water stain that didn’t come off. It was definitely reminiscent of early 00s LaQuinta/Courtyard. Not a 5-star hotel but everyone was very nice so that helped. I would say this is a low 3-star.

Customer service. I requested something ,(different times) at the front desk ....it wasn't the way I expected, I had to call different times

nothing the first time check in was at 3 pm and they gave me my room at 7 pm…this second time they took money out of my purse while i was out of room
