Very modern. Great central location. Huge rooms. Bath and shower which is nice to have. Good view despite being in a rear room. Amazing hot tub and pool.

I did feel slightly over priced for what it was. Breakfast was expensive.

Location is good.

Room not being serviced, having to book a service seems a bit archaic. There was an offer for a $20 credit if you didn't want a service but no door tag requesting a service I had to book through reception. No service until 3pm is bit late in my view.

broken toilet seat and shower knob… couldn’t use the larger shower head.

Way over-priced. Me, my partner, my child and my little brother stayed for two nights. Which cost $900+ dollars plus bond which was about $200-$300 didn’t get bond back after checking out. 2 days later and they’re ringing me up, charging me for more things.

Staff amazing a real credit to the establishment, from arrivals to the staff at the Gusto for breakfast to the concierge where we left our bags for the day.
