给出这个特差的评价，就是因为3月30日的前台服务人员，态度极其恶劣，令人难以接受，无法接受！最后导致我和女友没能住上预定的房间，不得不重新再开一个房间，耽误了太多的时间，搞坏了所有的心情。

Location and cleaners did an amazing job with our messy room

Limited parking but made a spot for ourselves

The room itself, because its quite spacious and the view outside is excellent

They didn't seem to want u to order cooked breakfast and when I did the pancakes fell to bits.....font know who the chef was.didnt tell us we could have barrista coffee

Breakfast kept running out of the coffee and hot water

I love the view, staff are great, and it's so close to everything.

It's a shame they don't have triple rooms! When there's 3 or 6 of us ladies travelling together, it makes it a bit "cosy" for sleeping arrangements! Not everyone is a couple...!

It was a room

Everything was extremely outdated from the yellowing bathroom mat to the yellowing HRV system. Our rooms did not get serviced while we were gone (although someone checked the minibar and left it open). We found a pump bottle lid under our sheets on the first night -> clearly the cleaning service is understaffed and they looked really stressed. Bed was uncomfortable, saggy. When we went to reception one time, there was a woman, putting on her earrings and getting ready to leave behind the desk, but didn't smile at all, she looked like someone's wife, not like she worked there.

Sockets hidden behind the bed, very hard to get to charge your phone on the bedside table. 1.5% surcharge for paying with a credit card , should be a cost of doing business, and not added on top.

I love this hotel! This occassion i had an end room with front and side views out over the ocean and towards the port. The rooms are just awesome, bright, clean, really well serviced. The staff were OK about me having checkout a little later which allowed a Sunday morning bike ride and a shower before leaving for lunch.

Nothing, it's great. maybe a complimentary bottle of wine and some croissants and 40% discount next visit....just kidding. I have no complaints and would recommend the place to everyone...which I do.

The location is very good - opposite the Ocean Spa and close to the beachfront and shopping. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

I think it’s over-priced for what it is: a single room, with bathroom. Two queen beds in the space, neither could be split to allow singles for two children. One blind did not work and as everyone is street facing that necessitated us shutting the curtains frequently.
