The loation, right in the middle of the city is great. It's a 3 minute walk from the tram and an easy downhill walk .
The room ws very clean and the showerroom was exceptionally clean! the bed was very comfortable and the linen emaculate.
The window do not open far enough to get any air into the room and the curtains are set so that they cover the open window completely. I had booked through Booking.com and was under the inpression that the Hotel would take payment at the end of the free cancellation period. I was not asked for payment at check in| I was surprised to recieve an e mail the next day to say that I had left without paying| As I was in hospital recovering from an operation I could not reply. The next e mail stated that I was a no show. They have got the money as they had my card number. I am not happy about this bad bit of admin!

It was really clean. They would change the sheets every two days.
It was really close to the tram and bus station.
Also it was really close to the train station.
One could also walk, as it was at a good location.
The staff were willing to help you.
Coffee was really good.
Breakfast had two types of fruits.
The breakfast in general was good, but not the best I’ve had. It didn’t have boiled eggs, nor tomatoes (things that I enjoy during breakfast.

Would have liked fresh fruit option at breakfast but otherwise breakfast was ok.
There are no comfortable chairs in the room, not everybody wants to lay down in the daytime.
My room was above the main entrance and having my window open meant noise from the people entering/leaving and of course the people smoking weed outside drifted in.

The room had everything you needed, the staff was fantastic and the location is perfect. I didn't have any of the food, but my friends seemed to enjoy it.
The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning only blow cold air.

The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and soft, more comfortable than any Travelodge or premier inn bed I’ve slept on. And also liked the look of the hotel especially the room had a unique style to it.

Everything I needed for overnight stay. Clean comfortable bed. Tea making facility, sufficient milk. Close proximity to rail and bus stations.
Could leave my luggage for the day.

The room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The price was excellent offering very good value for money.
Very convenient for an evening out in Sheffield and a short walk from the station.
Perhaps the breakfast could have been a little better with more choice but honestly for the money it was very good.

Situated near the crucible theatre it was a perfect place for us to stay. Good value parking and decent breakfast at an extra charge.
Checked in to find no tv control so had to return to reception five floors down as there are no phones in the room.
Price was hyped up as the snooker was on basic room but premium price.
Some of the surrounding streets are derelict and threatening.

It was simple and clean.
It was quite noisy, the bedding is very thin and the pillows were uncomfortable. There were very few channels on the tv.

John checked me in and helped with questions and a map. Bed and bathroom were very good and I enoyed the breakfast

Room was very hot and very noisy. There is no air cooling in the room and the window has a restrictor on it (quite rightly as 3 floors up). However, the room was unacceptably hot.

i liked the location as is close to the swimming pool. breakfast was good and easy to get. check in and out was very quick and easy. bed was comfy and i liked only having a sheet. wifi was good
rooms were quite warm so had to have the window open which meant that is was quite loud over night. could do with some decaf tea bags in room too.

Great value for money. Perfect if you're looking for a budget stay but remember you get what you pay for. No frills hotel in a convenient location 5-10 mins walk from the main shops, Universities and other main attractions
Great that they had a bar downstairs so I could grab a drink to take to my room, and they also gave me some soya milk in a jug for my morning tea.
Pillows weren't to my liking (but I am a very fussy pillow person)
The room was super hot but no air con. There was a sign to say there are fans available at reception but I was already in bed so just accepted my fate for the night.

The room was fine, clean, close proximity to what we needed.
Booked 2 rooms, they were same floor. Both got hot but one was over 30° for our whole stay. It was too hot, they provided a fan but this didn't make much difference.

Staff were excellent. Very polite and welcoming.
Hotel and room was very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Good shower and facilities.
We stayed 2 nights for a gig at Bramhall Lane.
Venue was about a 20 min walk away from hotel so very handy.
View from our window was into a car park and a brick wall.
Not a big deal as it was pretty quiet so can't complain.

Location ok, car parking very good at a reasonable price for secure overnight , pre booked ,used discount code from hotel ANPR recognition , drive in ,drive out decent nights sleep . Room had all you need, basic but suffice.
Previous guest had wiped bogeys on wall near headboard.reported to desk, however nobody was able to come and clean it off.Was offered free drinks at the bar though.
