Good location, safe/secure facilities, much bigger apertment than expected.

No dislikes as such, but couldn’t open any of the windows, so we couldn’t ventilate the bathrooms or get onto the balconies.

Living room is spacious, near university of Sheffield, an a walk away to the mosque, its near city centre and tram station

Water is either too hot or too cold

Beds were nice and comfy and the bedrooms were quiet considering the central location.

The flat is in need of some TLC and a deep clean as it’s looking a bit tired.

the flat is very spacious and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.

It is very dimly lit and because our visit was during the winter even the windows didn’t help. Which is a minor note but would’ve made a big difference to me personally.

Location and apartment lovely. Very central for city centre. Kspace the agents were exceptional, arrangements all very clear and set up the apartment with balloons and gifts for a surprise for my daughter and it was fantastic. Easy and efficient they couldn’t have been more helpful. Parking a real benefit, secure and underground so really useful in the rain! Thank you

Location is good, huge tv both living room and bedroom, netflix on tv and huge mirror on both toilets and lots of natural light and huge living room

Not safe for kids or adults. Few hours after I arrive I realized that one of the door-like-windows (i supposed a balcony door but without a balcony)was not properly closed. Can you imagine if my kids were at the window before me?! I cried straight away and grateful that my kids didn’t open the door before me, plus there were 2-3 doors like this. Other doors comes with balcony but this unlocked door wasnt. I think they should not have operate this unit until they solve this door. The door doesn’t have multiple locks too. I had to be extra cautious of my kid’s movements for the whole stay

the location was perfect the flat was very well maintained. clean and very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed.

we stayed there for 5 nights and when we asked for one hour late checkout we were asked to pay an extra fee. On other experiences we had before on other accommodations if the room was available we were never asked for more for one or two hours late check out.
