Clean and comfortable

Ibis remain the best of the budget chain hotels. Always clean, always efficient and always comfortable. This Ibis is no exception.

Parking is very limited for the hotel itself. There is a large public car park right next to it, but charging starts from 8:00am.

Clean and amazing location for Elstree Studios

The room was too hot. I turned the a/c down and the fan on but it just got hotter. I ended up opening the window onto a busy main road which was noisy.

Was convenient to the Harry potter studios if driving.

The beds were really uncomfortable was like sleeping on a brick. The smell on entering the room wasn't very nice smelt of damp and mould around the bathroom sink

We payed for a family room with a double bed and a single bed but we’re only given a double bed which left us uncomfortable as it was not big enough

So clean, a spacious room and very comfortable bed. Staff were very nice and warned us about the pay and display car park across from the hotel.

The tiny free hotel car park. Fills up fast. The Pay and Display car park is huge and free certain times only. Other times you need to pay. The road out front is noisy. It was a bit dark in the room the lights were a bit dim.

fabulous shower, really nice breakfast and selection, location is great, pool table is a really nice touch.

mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable and I hardly slept because of it unfortunately.

Everything was great,we had stayed there before so knew what to expect.Room lovely and clean,breakfast was delicious and bed very comfy.

Support was instant and room an apt one. Staff was ready to help-when I didn't find my vegan burger patty taste veggie they immediately replaced it with another meal for my satisfaction.

Breakfast can have variety and more inter-cultural options because when we are travelling for long we do miss a hearty meal and this regular standard breakfast on everyday basis is monotonous at times.

Speedy check in, friendly staff, modern hotel, good location, meals available if needed and small bar if you needed it

Breakfast chaotic, not enough cutlery, slow hot food coming from kitchen, car park too small - parked at the weekend in the large car park to rear but wouldn't be happy to do so in the week and be restricted with times or incur extra charges

Room small but fine

Car park small - paid £1 for outer car park. Reception staff suggesting other options (pay by phone) without just saying that it's only a pound for their solution was unnecessary, especially when checking in late a night. Just say it's a pound and make it quick and easy
