The location was good and quite
I stayed 5 days at the hotel ,my room was cleaned but on my first Day stepped in the room humidity smells and the toliet room has funny smells ,l think smells from a drain.
overall ,it is pricey.also one of stuff was very rude I won't recommed to anyone this hotel.
she said all clients gave best reviews sounds like she only cares about who gave good reviews about te hotel.

There was no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Wish there was a pool or sauna to wind down in.

The hotel decoration is warm and cozy, breaking out of busy Paris city and providing us peaceful rest.
It is located in safe and good area for shopping, restaurant, café and bar.
Staff was welcome any needs and provided us fully support.
It's next to an embassy where parking is limited and inconvenient for baggage loading and pickup/ drop off.
Room is relatively smaller but believe that is typical in prime city area.

The location of the hotel is just great. Close to the shopping, relatively close to main touristic attractions of Paris and in the middle of a maze of restaurants. And despite the location and surroundings, it's still quiet.
The breakfast appears to be expensive to what is offers. The breakfast selection could be improved.

everything was amazing, helpful staff, nice location. everything that you need during your stay is available in the hotel. umbrellas, water, iron, and even those things that you never thought you need them :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

the location is a key to unlock Champs Elysees and the neighborhood full of lovely restaurants and chic boutiques,next to pharmacies and taxi place ,bikes and trottinettes

Excellent location. Lovely rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Design of the Hotel is fantastic. The rooms with a balcony on the 5th floor have a view of the top of the Eiffel tower.
It was expensive but relative to everything else I saw when booking was mid range

Location is wonderful, walking distance to many central places. The staff is very friendly and warm, but also efficient. The rooms are stylish and clean, housekeeping does a good job. The soaps and shampoos are in big bottles and very pleasant.
everything was close to perfect. I didn't love the separated toilet and bathroom, but otherwise no complaints at all.

This was my second time staying here and everything is great. The staff is friendly. The room is super well designed and not generic like a hotel chain. The location is super terrific.

Perfect location and most of the staff are very friendly
We request to open the AC in our room as they turned it off in the hotel but still the room was too hot and we couldn’t open the window because of the noise out. One gentleman from the staff wasn’t as nice as the others.

Staff was outstanding! Rooms are much newer and less dated than would be expected from Paris.
Transport to the airport is very difficult to arrange, even with the staff being extremely helpful in arranging this.

The staff was amazing. It was our wedding anniversary and they took the time to decorate our room and even left us a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience in the heart of Paris and I would recommend this quaint boutique hotel to any couple looking for a little romance!

Patricia and Dibou were exceptionally kind. Location, cleanliness and staff were great. Price point was also quite reasonable for late spring / early summer. I will definitely book this property for future Paris stays.
