Tout était très bien et super topissime accueil - Merci à la personne (Bretonne) qui nous a super aidé pour les transports (il y avait des grêves à berlin), et beaucoup aidé pour plein de choses. Au TOP ! Mille merci !!!

Very friendly staff who try to make the stay as pleasant as possible, with coffee and snacks for travelers both for breakfast and during the day. It was a clean and well-located housing for a budget.

The room was a bot cramped, as bathroom and bedroom were the same sized, but with the bed and other furniture leaving only turning space in the first room.

The location.

The loud noises from the bin collectors early in the morning.

Great value for money. Clean and nice rooms, location immediately close to the subway.

The shower water temperature was difficult to control, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Not enough electrical sockets in the room — having one near the bed would be nice.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were nicely cleaned. It was in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a little market on the corner. You enter the hotel from the street through a locked courtyard so it is quiet and secure.

The lights in the hallways turn off really quickly at night. They need to extend the delay on the light timer.

The room was good, nice shower, comfortable bed, very clean. Marko was an excellent host who made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this place.

Good location, parking space that belongs to the hotel and is cheaper than parking on the streets. Comfortable bed.

Extremley small bathroom, the lift stops half floor lower so you have to take stairs anyway which is very unconvienient if you travel with baby. Very basis equipment in the room, room is very old and needs urgent renovation.

You can easily ear the noise from the hallway or other rooms but not a problem in my case.

However, the reception was quite unfriendly and a problem is the late check in! Luckily I told them I was coming late and they arranged for me to collect my keys from a box outside using a code. However, there was a couple that came at the same time as me and had not arranged for the late check-in. They had not received or seen the email that was sent out by the reception 2 hours before they closed so they had no key in the box waiting for them. I spent one hour helping them to try contact ANYONE from the hotel. Impossible. They could not get in and had to sleep elsewhere. NO ONE was available past 20:30. Before, I had asked the reception via booking if they could give me an emergency number in case the code system did not work. Instead, I received the reply that it had always worked before. When I told them about the couple the next day, I received an unfriendly reply that I could not just let people inside the building (to the reception, mind you, and they had a booking confirmation). Should I have left them in the freezing cold trying to find a way to contact the darn reception?

Breakfast was decent but not so good as before corona so I understand this situation. Wall is maybe little thin but in night there is silence in hotel from 22.00-6.00 so I can sleep well.

Still don't know how to open the front door Have no idea why there had to be a window right behind the toilet.
