Das Ortszentrum, die Bahn und die Flussschiffahrt waren fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch der Zugang zur Seilbahn zum Niederwalddenkmal war nicht weit entfernt. Das Bemühen um Frühstücksvielfalt war erkennbar.

- überfüllte, sehr enge Frühstücksräume - Zusatzkosten von 12,90 € für das Frühstück pro Person - Geschirr stapelte sich auf den Tischen, da Personal zum Abräumen fehlte - jeden Tag dasselbe Angebot zum Frühstück; Vollkornvariationen oder Quark fehlten; Obstangebot sehr mäßig - Zimmer waren zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt (15.00 Uhr) nicht bezugsfertig - bei bestelltem Doppelbett sollten nicht zwei Einzelbetten herauskommen (keine Möglichkeit des Zusammenschiebens) - sehr enges Zimmer und noch engeres Bad (Erreichen der Toilette nur für sehr schlanke Personen möglich; gefährlich nachts, Doppelwaschbecken ist unangebracht !!!) - Autos werden vom Personal rangiert - starker Straßenlärm und Zugverkehr die ganze Nacht - stören den Nachtschlaf - überlastetes Personal im abendlichen Restaurant - wenige Speisen auf der Karte, wenn Änderungen vorgenommen werden, dann kommen diese nicht in der Küche an - Babybett und Babystühlchen sollten nicht nur einmal vorhanden sein

Et gammelt slidt hotel, kedelig morgenmad i forhold til prisniveau generelt. Parkering i lille baggård.

De locatie is midden in het centrum

Kamers zijn gedateerd. Douche met douchegordijn is niet hygiënisch. Erg hoge instap. Geen airco. In de zomer dus erg warm. Rumoerige ontbijtzaal. Wij konden gelukkig nog buiten zitten.

The location was good, in the city center.

The room assigned to me was not cleaned when I checked in. Then we got another room with lower standard. It took me quite some effort to ague with the hotel people about that. The lady was not nice and was not cool with my request of getting reimbursement from the difference between the two rooms. But she in the end made a compromise of giving breakfast for free. In general, it was not a smooth traveling experience.

the locatiln is the only good thing about this hotel any more! which we use to love staying at. complete change and not for the good of guests!!

it use to be great, now the front desk employees are rude! the hotel now closes the bar at 2200 and so you cant sit and enjoy drinks on terrace! the hotel staff does not care any more that your there to relax. will not stay again! been going there fpr over 10 years . its terrible now

It was fine as we already knew that the trains run in front of the hotel every 5th minute. There was a nice view over the Rhine though. We were happy to have a room at the back yard and there it was calm. The parking at the hotel was weird with all cars in a mess, but it was a parking at least.

- The location is very good. Most of the attractions are nearby and accessible on foot. - I had booked 2 rooms. Size of both the Family room and Double bed room are good. - The breakfast spread is Continental and just enough.

- The view of the Rhine from the hotel room is disturbed by rail traffic. But here the hotel cant do much.

The location on the river was awesome. The Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay there again.

The parking provided is horrendous. The lot is overloaded to the point where you can't come and go unless several autos are moved constantly by the attendant.

Our room was a corner room with a small balcony that overlooked the Rhine River. I was a bit nervous about the train track being right outside our window, but it never seemed to bother us at night. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The bathroom had a window that overlooked one of the side streets that was very quaint and authentic.

Hotel was centrally located, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was ok. Hotel looked tired and functional but was spotlessly clean so no issues really. Hotel (like many others in Rudesheim) is by the river and the train line runs parallel. I find it quite interesting and don't mind the noise but I guess for others it might be a negative in which case try and get a room on the side facing town or stay off the river completely.

Location is perfect, our room was very small and very warm, however it was OK for one night, staff were very pleasant and helpful.
