Very friendly and polite staff, very clean room, huge spaces, next to the city center, mall and restaurants.

We like the services provided by hotel staff especially Ms. Nobel to clean our appartment and take care of all things.

Good location next to World Trade Centre and shopping mall. The 2 bed suite is large and private.

Bathroom was small and dated. Rooms were a little dirty.

Very small accident (dirty) can removable but they charged guest as new rate and asking too much money. Even items remove and want to return items,they do not want to refund money deposit amount.

Unhappy and unconfortable, when I asked check in time 25-dhs,I asked can I pay in the morning breakfast time,reception staff said YES. When I go for breakfast different cost 45-dhs. Some items can wash Laundry but their mamager asked to pay as New item cost so very sensitive.

Most of equipments in the room old and manual usage. Most of them not functioning well.i.e. Washing machine, microwave, etc. Need for replacement with latest and updated edition. Also, We have to extra fee for the car parking due to dedicated parking available.

Internet speed is weak Five years ago, the Internet speed problem was not resolved

This place is absolutely stunning! The neighbourhood is lovely, with a convenient location and it's perfect for families. We definitely plan on returning soon!

What I really like on this hotel is the location. Near to the WTC Mall, Beach and the Park, it's just a walking distance. This is my second time and again we enjoy our stay. Ms. Tahara always assisting us. Since we stay with family having a kitchenette is a good thing. Also, their spa is good most especially their Thai Massage Service. Once you have request in the room they are immediately responding. There are some flaws but still its ok.

There is no free parking provided by the hotel though they have a valet parking you need to pay 26 AED per day. If you don't want to use Valet Parking, it is difficult to find parking most especially at night. We check in late, so our request of non-smoking room is no longer available, though they tried to do something to remove the smell. since its a smoking room you can still smell it most especially if you're really not smoking and you're sensitive to the smell and were also staying with 2 kids, so we really appreciate if they reserve a non-smoking room since I have mentioned it in my booking prior to check in.

The room is big and clean, like your own flat. Very comfortable large bed, spacious bathroom. There is your own kitchen with everything necessary, and even a washing machine, living room with a big flat TV. The location is perfect, there is a good beach with white sand and pure water within 15 min walk, a lot of shops, a big shopping mall, parks. The staff is friendly, always smiling and helpful, service was very good. Room cleaning was done every day. There is a good SPA and restaurant in the hotel. It was very comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

The water in the bathroom was a little cold. The room is not brand new and no pool in the hotel, but for this price, it is almost perfect.
