The location is very central, right next to Pune station. The breakfast was excellent.
The service is very good. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd. Maybe the last of the old schools (late 90s) kind of design.

Everything about the Sheraton Grand was excellent from the hotel itself to the caring staff who could not do enough for us, caring hard working and handled every chore with a genuine smile.

Pertinent to mention "Shubhranshu Pandey" who was at the Front Office and the moment we stepped in he made us feel at home. He meticulously dispelled all our concerns and took care of every need. We'd invited some senior doctors for dinner who were fussy eaters and "Rishabh" (Feast Restaurant) took very good care of us, made excellent suggestions and all were extremely appreciative. Both Shubhranshu & Rishabh really stood out amongst the staff who was overall very courteus. The Food is excellent and the spread (Choice) was mind blowing, very few hotels can match. We travel across the world and our stay at Sheraton was refreshingly satisfying in all aspects.
In some spots the carpets were moist & smelliing.

Fantastic Hotel with gracious staff welcoming on arrival and during whole stay. Facilities were excellent. The roof top restaurant was a highlight with traditional food available. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
There were no aspects to criticise or dislike. Service, food choice, cleanliness and facilities all met expectations for business and casual travellers.

Neha Ghosh was such a lovely person . She helped us organise a lovely surprise for our child’s birthday. The reception staff upgraded us to their suite since we had kids. That was really kind. The breakfast was good too.

The staff at the restaurant. Because after staying for 2 days and at the time of leaving on 19/12 our family visited the restaurant. We requested for few sweets to be packed and give to us, but that was not given.
Also whenever we visited the restaurants we had to every time request for drinking water to be served. Drinking water should be served the moment guests enter the restaurant which is the Indian culture.

Called multiple times to confirm the reservation and also arrange for airport transfers. They'd answer the phone but then would immediately put the call on hold and did not ask what the call was in reference to.
We had also arranged for an airport drop off on the day of our check out but we ended up taking an Uber because they said that there have been no arrangements made when we made sure to arrange the airport drop off multiple times.

The staff were trying to charge more money than was needed. Asked for breakdown and then saw that discount was not implemented. Duty manager then waived off the bill

Breakfast was good but if they provide good tea or good filter coffee ( Good slandered) it would be great. What they provided was reheated coffee/ Tea all the time except on 01-09-23
Coffee they served in the room was pathetic. Finally they realised their mistake and gave another coffee which was an average one

Everything was average..no welcome drink, nothing..room was smelling, beds were not comfortable

This is what you call “hospitality”???? 5 minutes after showing me into my room a lady staff comes to inform “Ma’am I have to take the amenities away.” And what you may ask were these so called “amenities”??? A plate of goodies like a macaroon, cake and cookie. Mind you I had already ate half the macaroon since how was I to know that it’s kept in my room and not for me??? If this was the case then it should’ve been removed before I entered the room and not later. Pathetic hospitality!!!!
