Ambience and cleanliness and home like feel.

I have stayed at property nearly twice the bacon at breakfast is not wood quality..it’s smelly and just fat.

The room layout with the balcony was very nice.

The front office staff was rather churlish and demanded 1000rs. Extra for another person....while I had actually put 2 names in the booking id. It was booking.com failing....as they didn't update to 2 persons. This was both financially wrong...and very uncomfortable at checkin. The bed was so high that it was difficult for my elderly mom to get onto it. Was very very distressing to see her struggle. Someone at the property needs to understand that 5 ft people can't get on a 3.5 ft high bed...

Location.

The location for the hotel is great. You can easily access excellent shops and restaurants and it is about 15 mins from the airport. The gym is nice and has most of what you need to get in a decent workout to keep up with your routine while you are on vacation or a business trip.

The room had a strong chemical smell. The management moved us to a different room but the same smell was present. They said that this was likely due to recent fumigation. The air conditioning grill in the living room was very dirty and the air conditioner in the bedroom was dirty and sounded like an auto rickshaw was in our bedroom. We tried to use it but opted to just run the one in the living room during our stay.

Got what I wanted for my quick stay in the city

The reception staff could be more proactive and energetic with their response and understanding
