We booked 2 rooms. One was for the kid and nanny. We requested for adjacent rooms but we understand that we didn’t get it. Then while we were putting our kids to sleep we realised that the main board which controls everything wasn’t working. When we called the hotel people for help, in a second they said you will have to change your room. In the middle of the night with sleepy kids we had to change our room which took 30 mins. Why would he give us a room which does not have a functional main board? The room we got was very far away. We had to cross the whole corridor to reach our kids. Also, the power went off 20 times all throughout the night. The pool area was even prepared with beach beds or towels. Ridiculous hotel

Room was neat and clean. Comfy bed, however they couldnt provide a king size bed which i asked for. Great views from the room. Toiletries were available and bath tub was in really good and clean condition. Work table and lounge chair in the room were nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, many cool places to eat/drink in walking distance

I found the food menu to be overpriced. The gym was small and stuffy, some equipment was not in working condition. TV had very few english channel options, but thats ok

I had booked it as we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel did absolutely nothing, nothing about it. Despite informing them very well in advance. They said we didn't receive any such request from Booking.com. I still called hours before check in to see if they can do anything as it's a birthday. The manager there said sorry we cannot as we don't have enough time. He said we can send you a pastry once you are here. I was like really? Thats it?. Are we coming there to just have a pastry? I asked him to give me at least a better room with some good views or something. He said he would definitely do that. However that wasn't provided either. When we arrived no welcome drink or anything was served while we were checking in. I mean it's a five star property they say. No it's not in my opinion at all. I have stayed at Marriotts and other brands. They do it way more than expected. You guys are 4 star at the best.It turned out to be just a normal hotel visit and a very disappointing one . Nothing special about this one at all. Definitely a big thumbs down because of this and surely never recommending anyone nor going myself in the future over there. It was a waste of time and money being here. I wish I had gone to Marriott. It was a mistake I chose you guys. I am so done and frustrated with this experience. I just chose not to vent about it to anyone at the hotel and further ruin my day there. A lesson learnt nevertheless.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, great location, the rig top pool.

My one complaint is when l go to the rooftop pool to swim and enjoy the sun, the 12 staff that were pretending to dust & move furniture that don't stop looking at me, yes l am white in a bathing suit, but this is a 5 star hotel, it made me feel so uncomfortable l retuned to my room.

The staff were extremely courteous. Especially the Housekeeping staff .

The Deluxe room & the Superior room are the same & they charge different tariffs . Elevator looked little dark & not so comfortable though the size was big.

Everything about the Hotel is out of the ordinary especially the receptionists, the security, room service and the restaurant. They were very helpful, homely and friendly.

Good hotel in Koregaon Park. Staff are a bit inexperienced but overall good experience. In-room dining options are limited, but the hotel itself offers many restaurants including one on the rooftop.

Up-selling their services such as spa and in-room dining. While a subtle way of doing this is OK through a placard or at the reception during check-in, calling the room phone in the middle of the day informing of a spa discount or offers on in-room dining are strictly a no-no! I expect better from a hotel of this category. They need to take this feedback seriously, or we are never going back!
