based on the value/ cost ratio this is a very competitive hotel. Given the availability of kitchenette in the room and gym with proximity to Metri and major shopping mall this is a very good venue.
the room can be cleaner and less smelly. some other occupants are very loud. The rooms need a carpet of some sort just to give a warmer feeling. The ironing board and iron quality need to improve. The TV channel and connect is not good.

Arrogant staff with the arrogant management, we wanted to extend the same room. However, we got a straight deny in front of our faces as we were a refular guest. The staff james need to be polite with the customer as it is a hospitality businesse and need to go through a lot of manuals..
The night we requested for salt and instead for finding a solution we were responded with a straight no in a rude manner which was totally unexpected as we did pay nearly 500AED for a night and the hotel management was there to justify the issues instead of finding a solution be careful hefore youbstay as you will find a better place insted of giving your hard earn money in this hotel.

Kamal looked after my houskeeping needs fantastically well. The WIFI is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Plumbed in water filters in the hall are great.
Genuinely nothing to detract here. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are plenty of amenities near by.

Apartment suite was great. Kitchen had enough appliances we needed to handle cooking. Balcony was a nice bonus.
Location is good, close to metro station and the neighborhood is quiet and green enough for nice evening walks.
