The room was amazing. The beds and the pillows were of extreme comfort. Rooms were cleaned up twice a day. Really enjoyed the TV in the bath tab. We were in the 33rd floor with an outstanding view. The location was AAA, Next to Metro station and close to city center. The breakfast had a a very good variety covering many different tasting profiles. Really enjoyed the fresh cold smoothies and healthy booster shots. The Gym was really nice and spacious with brand new Technogym equipment. The Byredo collection was a nice touch to the overall experience.

The closet size was small for a family of 3. It is a a pity to have a 45sqm room with such a limited closet space.

metro出口すぐの立地。隣とホテル脇の小さなスーパーで軽食から簡単なお土産、日用品まで手に入ること。清潔な部屋と十分なお湯。Early Check inのリクエストも（空きによると思うが）スムーズ、Check out後の深夜までの荷物預かりも、どちらも無料で対応してくれた。朝食も素晴らしい。

サービスや応対で嫌な思いは何一つしなかった。 ロビーで英語に不慣れな家族に、サイトのコメントを最高指定、スタッフ名書込みをお願いしていたことだけはやり過ぎ感があった。

For me and my family was excellent

I had tandem reservations. After a rocky start, staff quickly stepped u pto rectify the shortcomings. The efforts were exceptional and follow up was good.

After the third discussion about the slow lifts and congestion/long wait times, Lara, the cuty manager, confirmed they were aware of this and were upgrading their lifts.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent (Mahmoud and all of the waiting staff) and the pool area is great (specifically Joshua, Niro). Room service was excellent.

Lifts were slow. Service in the Italian restaurant was a little slow and it is more expensive than it should be

The room was spacious and clean

The elevators are limited and it took us to long time to go up and down During the check in, they took my luggage to deliver it to the room and it took 30 minutes to have my luggage back as I was calling so many times to the receptionist and the concierge but they were unable to figure it out why my luggage didn’t arrive

Loved the proximity to business district, conference venue and shopping district

The lifts are a nightmare!! Wait times of 10-15 minutes are not acceptable in an establishment of this calibre. Other hotels, with similarly high occupancy, don't seem toi have the problem. Standard Dubai taxi access is not as easy as at other hotels, like Marriot and Grand Hyatt. Staff at reception blocked my request to speak to a manager who could resolve my issues, then failed to fulfil 2 promises which they undertook.

Personnel were very friendly and helpful

Not happy whatsoever - NOT 5 Star behaviour nor Customer Service - Room Service TOOK my plastic Suit covers out of the closed Wardrobe and my plastic ' travel Suit Hanger. ( Also my personal dirty laundry, folded by Me, ...had been tampered with..) At the Front Desk on Check Out the Director of Housekeeping ( I have the name ) sees my personal possessions as 'trash' and that's seemingly okay to go through my possessions ! Further- The Front Desk clerk/checkout ( I have the name ) witnessed the conversation and argumentative stance and using confrontational body language, by the Director of Housekeeping Again, This is all documented on The Conrad WhatsApp messaging I will be taking this further with Hilton Group. I still await feedback

On arriving at 9am, not only was I able to check in but I had a free upgrade to adjoining rooms, so my daughter could be right beside us. We also had free coffee and tea, as our rooms were being prepared. The staff are exceptional, polite, courteous, professional and not over-bearing The facilities were excellent and maintained to a high standard. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The metro station is 100 yards from the hotel, which makes it easy to get around the city.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel.

The room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything that you might need. Breakfast was better than what I expected, as many options were offered. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly consider it again.

الفندق قديم ومعداته قديمة حتى المنبه وجهاز الصوت يركب فقط على ايفون 5.. يوجد حشرات بالغرفة ( صراصير ).. الخدمة بطيئة جداً.. تعطل الهاتف في الغرفة واضطررت للنزول للرسبشن لطلب بطانيات.. اختارو لي غرفة في دور المدخنين مع انه معي اطفال صغار وعند تغيير الغرفة حدث خطأ كاد ان يضيع عفشي.. عند طلب السيارة تنزل للاسفل وتتضطر للانتظار طويلاً

it was a great travel thanks for the accommodation in Conrad Dubai. everything was better than I expected. the wonderful staff helps for the tiny details for everything and any time. I've no tiny negative thing to share. thanks for being a part of good memories.

I liked the facilities

High value of the money without breakfast

I always stay at this hotel, the transport is straight out the front door, the club lounge is the only way to go, fantastic staff. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is super. Will be staying again next Aug for a week. The shopping is excellent.

The only thing I did find hard was the heat which was 50' and the pool felt like ice water. But that really isn't something to complain about. I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel that is why I only stay there.
