Номер в который нас заселили , был чистый, после ремонта, в номере есть фен, халат, тапочки, утюг, удобная кровать, сантехника вся новая, кондиционер работал отлично, было не душно и не влажно , менеджер говорил на русском , нам без доп оплаты сделали поздний выезд, что очень приятно , свой бассейн , море близко

Не понравился номер без балкона , не понравились завтраки без 20 мин 11:00 уже начинают все быстро уносить, не дали наложить салат и налить сок , первый раз с таким встречаюсь, кексы увозили уже и пришлось остановить молодого человека и попросить дать нам выпечку

Facilities - the beach, pool, restaurant - was all very nice and very pleasant.

Honestly couldn’t have asked a better hotel to stay at for our anniversary.

The location is great, close to the beach and metro. Perfect lication also for a walk, lits od restaurants around. Room was very big, we had two connected rooms, which was perfect for our family. Lots of storage spaces. We liked the pool and gym. Staff was helpful and kind.

There was road noise to be heard. If you are sensitive to noise, it may bother you.

There is really nothing to complain of. The location itself is at the marine direct and you have everything you need nearby which can be reached without a car. Also the beach is right behind the building with many restaurants , bars and everything u need for a day or night life outgoing. The Hotel is just build in the middle of a dream place! The hotel itself ain't a 4 Star hotel. This hotel is much more Worth if you look into the details. From the reception to the lobby, restaurant/bar, rooms. Everything is clean. The staff on every ground is helpfull, respectfull, giving attention to every detail you ask for, the breakfast was amazing. A big thanks to Neethu Piyush Umang . Such lovely and kind people, their hospitality were like being at home or talking with old good friends. I only can recommend this hotel. And we surely will book here again

Просторный номер, нуждается в ремонте. Мебель не новая, выглядит старо

Во всем номере очень плохо заряжалась электроника. И в один момент у нас вовсе сломалась очень хорошая зарядка из-за того, что было плохое напряжение в номере. Зарядка перегорела и возможности заряжаться или использовать фен или другую Электронику в одной комнате уже не было. На ресепшен после долгого ожидания выдали временную зарядку, даже не отдали на совсем. Если вы бережете свою технику и если ваша техника дорогая, то я не рекомендую этот отель.

Beautiful large clean rooms, amazing view and location. If you want to have nice experience in Dubai, you cant miss this place. Perfect place if you want to be at the beach everyday.

طلبت تسجيل خروج متاخر وفي البداية طلبو مقابل مادي كذلك طلبت تنظيف الغرفه وافادو بانه لا يوجد تنظيف بعد الساعة 5 مساء

النظافة وسعت الغرفة وترتيبها سرعة انهاء اجراءات الدخول والخروج بشاشة الموظفين وحسن استقبالهم

Lifts took very long

The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated. I stayed for 1 quick night only with an early flight, so did not get to try breakfast. The staff I came across were helpful. The hotel is near JBR walk (about 5-7minutes) but you need to take some stairs to get down. Practical to get to Dubai Marina as well.. walk about 15 minutes, where you can catch an RTA water boat.

Bathroom very outdated and in need of an upgrade.

Location is top, everything handy, bar, restaurants, supermarket, The waitress and chef on the ground floor restaurant were very nice, the cooked special oat meal for my baby as he sever food allergies,

We took one of the 2 bedrooms suits, the master bed had an horrible dog smell, I informed the housekeeper that I wanted to be move to another suit and they refuse, the manager spoke to me and they just change the sheets but after few hours the smells came back as it was impregnated on the mattress, and as in the beginning they refused to move me I stayed unhappy on that one and in order to sleep with my baby on the smelly bed I had to put the duvet from the other room on top of my bed. I really felt like I was asking for a big favor by them changing the sheets and I didn’t like it. I paid a big amount of money for my family Comfy and I expect the best services, however they called me Sever times to check if everything was ok and I told them yes but I honestly I wasn’t happy. Also the food at the buffet is terrible, egg taste horrible, bacon gummy, oat terrible, we ended up eating bread and butter

The location was great! Beach and the walk JBR was accessible. Staff was very helpful, from reception staff to house keeping everyone was very accommodating. We got a free room upgrade to 2 bed room apartment. It was spacious with every possible facility, and views were great. Cofeetree lounge had good coffee, too

The mattress of our master bedroom was probably old and it was sunken in the middle
