Our room had no bath and was smaller than our friend’s who booked the same category of room

I loved the design of the room, the spa was great, the staff was amazing and breakfast was great. really liked the bars

we stayed at room 301 and we couldn’t sleep at all. it was facing the street and another bar and people were loud and partying until 5 am. so basically we were up all nights. It was not quite at all.

Stylish, upmarket property in the hub of Zermatt. Lots of entertainment spaces within the hotel, including a spa area. Quality of the food and service was excellent.

*Room not so big. *The lady reception seems not helpful and NOT friendly at all. I did ask her to check with the house-keeping, if the house keeping kept my left over cellphone charger. First, after she called the house keeping she told me to wait for 10 minute. 10 minutes passed, I asked her the result? Without asking/checking with the house keeping for the second time, first she said the house keeping were not available at the moment. However, I asked for the result once again, she asked me to return the next morning to check with the house keeper, which was impossible as I was leaving Zermatt. As i insisted her to check again, she then called the house keeping for the second time, and soon the house keeper came at the lobby bringing the charger.

Great location, great decor, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great value for money.

I would have rated this hotel 10, if it weren’t for the noise in the room at night. Travelling with two kids, we were staying on third floor and yet the noise from the clubs below kept on waking us up until the morning. When booking, I recommend asking for a room that’s not above the main street.

The hotel is at the heart of Zermatt. Stuff was amazing, rooms clean and neat. Highly recommend restaurant at the facility of the hotel. We spent great time.

Twins beds were a little bit small for tall people :)

Location is great, staff are friendly, room was good size, and most things worked quite well.

Internet was intermittent the whole stay, even after complaining about it on the first day. Room got very hot at night. (this is more out of their control, however some sort of ventilation or small window that could open would have been great.
