Bardzo tłoczny i brudny. Na jedną noc tranzytową ok. Ale niezbyt przyjemny.

Tłok i słabe śniadanie, niemiła obsługa. Pobierana kaucja 50€ za pokój co utrudnia szybkie wykwaterowanie rano.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Es gibt einen Wasserspender, aber leider nicht in jedem Stockwerk.

Das Reinigungspersonal hat ohne anzuklopfen das Zimmer betreten. Am Abreisetag ist sie zudem auch noch reingekommen, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Das sollte hier im System ersichtlich sein und beachtet werden. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht. Wie soll man sich denn da das Gesicht waschen? Es wäre wünschenswert wenn in jedem Stockwerk ein Wasserspender und Äpfel wären.

Double-charged my card, staff did not know how to handle the payment…when I asked to storno the pre-authentication and do a refund they said there is nothing they can do I should consult my bank. I did so and was told that the pre-authentication and withdraw was done by the hotel only they can do a refund. I had to wait 30 days to get the locked amount back.

Szép szálloda, azt kínálja amit hirdet. Szép szoba/szobák, tiszta, reggeli finom és bőséges. Már többször is voltunk itt.

Velmi ochotný personál, dobrá snídaně, fitness 24/7 a velmi pěkný bazén a sauna

U bazénu a v sauně nebyl žádný personál, což mi přišlo velmi zvláštní. Místo prostěradel do sauny bylo nutno využít ručníky. Ve fitness centru i po upozornění recepce chyběly kelímky k automatu na vodu. Měla bych malý návrh na zlepšení - do odšťavnovače krájet velké kusy, ne malinké😂

Breakfast good selection but all hot dishes are luke warm so not nice to eat. Scrabbled eggs too scrambled and crossiants are stale coffee also luke warm.

You don't have a restaurant that is big enough for evening meals and the bar needs to be bigger.

Хороше розташування, неподалік від торгового центру та зупинки трамвая. Великий готель з шикарним фойє, дитячим куточком, басейном, спортзалом. Дуже красиво. В номері зручні ліжка. Сніданки смачні і досить різноманітні.

Reggeli nemzetközi volt. Aki itt nem talál Magának megfelelő ételt , azt nem tudom hova tenni!

Érkezésünkkor egy fiatalember ugyesen tájékoztatott Minket:) segítőkész volt! Minden válaszunkra kaptunk választ! Ezúton is köszönjük Neki! Másnap kértünk egy köntöst szintén recepción (középkorú hölgy) (wellnesshez) szobaszám alapján közölte ,hogy a mi szobánkhoz ez nem jár (legközelebb így foglaljunk) Nekünk erről semmi fogalmunk nem volt. Kicsit kioktatva kicsit lenézve éreztük magunk de 5 percen belül a szobánkba hozták a köntösöket. A stílusa nem jött ugyan be ,de távozáskor megköszöntem Neki akkor már mosolygott:) a Szálloda szép!tiszta! mi kizárólag a mellette levő Kongresszusi Központban lévő koncert miatt szálltunk meg ott. De bármikor visszamennénk !

Toaletă foarte îngustă, uși pliabile la baie și wc lipsea un dezinfectant, mască pt păr,frigider gol (trebuia să suni la recepție dacă îți trebuia ceva)

Good location and clean

The location ended up being great. We were close to bus and tram routes. We were also able to park our car for free. It was also fun that there was a bowling alley at the hotel. Hotel rate was also cheap.

The breakfast food was mediocre and there was no variety for 4 days that we were there. Hotel room a/c was weak. We brought our own standing fan which helped. Breakfast was chaotic and messy. There were lots of kids and people running around so I imagine it was hard for staff to try to keep everything clean. Front desk staff performed the basics, but were not friendly or overly helpful. Sofa bed was all springs with a thin mattress. Only big enough for one child.

It was conveniently located for the Congress centre and near a shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants Room was a reasonable size

The air conditioner didn’t work so we had to be moved to the ground floor. The lock was broken on the second room. It was fixed but we didn’t feel secure.

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of products. Very good location - in the vicinity of various tourist attractions. The hotel swimming pool is very small but it was not important for us.

Well maintained hotel (apart from ventilation/ac), nice facilities, good location.

At 09:30 breakfast was already poor and not being refreshed when breakfast is served till 10am. If an item run out, you had to chaise the staff to bring more - even tea or coffee cups, strudel was always finished by 9am. A huge queue for croissants and other baken sweet buns in the morning. The room had some problems with the ventilation and ac. It had a very strange smell, ac was working weak or not at all.
