Desayuno, los colchones muy cómodos, limpieza de 10
Comida, pésimo camarones al ajillo, parecía que ya está todo o recocido y solo le agregaron en ajillo al sartén y los camarones sabía todos lo sabores por separado.
Tenía pensado ir a descansar y nos sabía que te levantan el ruido de los amenizadores con la música de ambientación, era antes más exclusivo, pero ya no fue así… me quedo con el recuerdo de cómo disfrutaba anteriormente el visitarlos. Tendremos que buscar otras opciones.

Si no contratas todo incluido te discriminan, el hotel viejo, descuidado, toallas percudidas, terrible.

Las piñadas aunque algunas estaban muy dulces.
El sazón de la comida muy rico , falta variedad de restaurante o alimentos en la comida solo había 1 restaurante el delfines y el menú era el mismo no cambia.
Los carritos tardaban mucho en llegar a la habitación cuando los solicitaba. Hubo un chofer del carrito el sr Ricardo muy grosero y no quería luego transportar a mas de 3 personas

Excellent breakfast enjoyed it since the day we arrived, unfortunately we didn’t have time to have breakfast the day we checked out.
Some of the foods they had for lunch & dinner. Not much choices for kids.

Pool and the view

The beach is lovely, as is the location of the resort beside a little harbour with several independent restaurants. The architecture is charming.
The property is fine for families but would be totally unsuited to older or disabled guests because access to everything is via many stairs and there are few elevators in the main areas. On our visit, staff were very friendly. Exceptions were : staff at checkin who were uninformed and/or gave totally wrong information about what we were entitled to; at the Hotel Store one of our group bought an expensive snorkel that didn’t work. There was no refund offered - only the option to take other merchandise he didn’t want, so I would be wary of buying anything there.

Beach, workers, clean, garden
Reception told us to go to the private pool, and the bartender told us that we can’t be there, then he called the reception to verify then he said that we can stay, but we prefer to go to different bar.

Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and responsive. In particular, I have to shout out Priscila and the Kids Club staff who went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for our kids. The facilities are beautiful and the food was delicious.

The area and privacy is great!
Coffee maker was not cleaned only on the put side old used ones inside of it. Hot water is tricky. Tvs are small, I've been here 2 times! paid twice the money this time and when I get there it's not all inclusive.. paid more than what my booking said to start with and still didn't even get a water from the mini fridge for free. No bueno
