Cuenta con elevador que es súper funcional cuando llevas carriola

The view from our room was awesome. We were facing the ocean from the 4th floor. There is a pool to swim in. PS take the boat tour, it was so much fun.
There wasn’t any swimming in the ocean allowed. There are red flags all in front. NOT a deal breaker for me.

We loved the pool and being able to hear the ocean, having the beach so close. Our rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Tbe staff are very helpful and friendly. We love staying at the Marbella.
There was no elevator access in our building so getting all our luggage up and down the stairs and having to climb so many stairs up and down anytime we were in or out with small children and strollers was a real struggle. We were on the last floor upstairs. 3rd floor of the entrance builfing, though they call it the 2nd floor, Lobby I guess counts as 1st fooor.

I love this place so much I been staying at mar bella every time I have been in Mexico for the past 3 years I go 4 times a year it's a very nice place TU spend time and the location is marvoles just a step away from the Sea thank you and see you soon

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Restaurant was very good.
Our room was next to the parking lot which seemed like a place where locals gathered to party and we should have asked to be moved to a different room as it was quite noisy until past midnight. Didn't think of it until the last night. Having the air conditioning on helped to drown out the noise from outside.

location is very good and the restaurant is excellent. The air conditioner worked fine.
the room was very small and very loud. the room certainly needed sound proofing; the crashing waves made it impossible to sleep which made the next day a drag.

the booking price and the amount I paid. They calculated their own exchange rate price in US dollars when charging my credit card instead charging in mexican pesos so the price was even higher. On agreed price of $402, I was charged $546 (they said it is because of taxes and fees) I feel cheated. Wont ever go there anymore.
