The personal butler service was amazing. The food is fantastic and the staff super friendly and professional.

I loved everything from the time we arrived to the time we left, the butler service was excellent, and the staff was so polite, they treated us like royalty. The food was excellent, and the resort was immaculate . We will definitely be visiting again

I did not like the 90 minute presentation, the staff was very pushy, and didn’t want to take no for an answer, they were rude and mean when we weren’t interested in becoming a member. We we there for 2 hours and I was highly upset by the time I left. The resort is nice, but I hated the 90 minute presentation. And I didn’t like the fact that the rooms don’t have bigger balconies.

Room was very comfortable. Dehumidifier would be nicer. Butlers, Luis, Juan and the other young man I cannot recall his name(Gustavo?) were so very helpful. Also, the concierge at first floor has guided us through COVID test process. Breakfast is excellent with more than ample varieties of choices. Concierge there, remembered our name after only one visit. We appreciate that. Yama was a bit disappointing, not quite Japanese. Wait staff were great. Blanc breakfast, Amy, Fernando, Manuel were really nice to us. We loved pizza at Terraza staffed by good people like Hilario and Lizandro. Accidentally a beer glass was broken one day, the reaction and handling of the incident was impeccably excellent. Everytime we visit, we enjoy Lumiere and Bella the most. Servers are great, especially Enrique and Sarain(? not sure of spelling).

Blanc steak dinner; We were not given a roll until we asked. Cesar's Salad was not prepared at the table, server did not remember who ordered which meat, and waited for so long to be asked for coffee and the dessert that never came. We left very disappointed with his service. The restaurant was not that busy. With plenty of staff, it did not appear he was overwhelmed.

The staff was extremely attentive. They strived to serve and please their guests.

The resort was wonderful. We didn't like the US requirements for a negative COVID test before re-entry to US. This made the end of the trip nerve-wracking.

Everything start to finish was excellent. bars, restaurants and

nothing really. if I’d have to say something the waiters pour too much ice in every drink.

The staff was phenomenal and the cleanliness was superb. We felt like we were in paradise the whole time.

I loved the food overall but it felt like a few of the food items weren't that great (burgers for one). The food at the main dinner restaurants was great but it felt like it took so long to get done with the meal. I think the one restaurant experience was around 2.5 hours long. I think this was intentional to create the experience but it would have been nice to speed this up.

Everything was really good. From the facilities to the staff, the room, the food, amenities, everything about this place is amazing. My wife and I were able to unplug, relax and absolutely recharge and this was the perfect place for it.

I'm honestly not sure how it could have been better. There was nothing that really stood out to us as a bad thing or something that wasn't great. The Lumiere restaurant was not as good as expected, that's about it.

I love the beautiful views, the friendly staff and the lovely cocktails and amazing food. A real treat.. As always.
