the staff were superb

no complaints

no oven or stove as stated in the room description as apartment and only one toilet for 5 people

everything was so great

the location is amazing, few steps from Champs - Élysées from Arc de Triomphe side, staff was average, food was good, room size is quite small.

I think they don’t have soundproof in the rooms, it’s was very noisy to the level that you can hear when people taking the stairs, second, while I was checking out they asked me for some additional fees that the government of France has applied after Covid-19 and it was 5% of the room rate, I didn’t agree to pay and had to call booking.com to solve it which they did, but I wasn’t happy they tried to impose it and also they were not happy that I argued it and called booking.com !!!? it took me more than 25 mints to get this issue solved.
