Location was excellent. The room was as expected. Nice to have a walk in cupboard

Bar was closed. Self service to get a warm beer from an open fridge at the reception is not something I expected from NH hotels. The fridge in the room was not cold. So in all, not recommended.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable

Some rude staff. Location is terrible. No bar which was the main reason we booked as we were part of a larger group. There was a small mini bar in reception but the price of everything increased shortly after we arrived. Terrible experience

First of the underground parking was in operational and we were not informed prior to our booking which is a big problem since we chose this hotel primarily for the underground parking another thing was the price for the dog which was 25 Euros for one night wich is ludicrous

The evening staff mostly prioritised Italian attendees and my check in was delayed.

The breakfast was great.

we booked a king size bed room but got a much smaller size bed the receptionist tried to call the other hotel but they didn’t have either. I don’t understand if we book it online and got the confirmation than how come there was not available when we got there. The hotel supposed to give us a discount than but nothing like that . So it was quite disappointing.

After a 36 hour journey from Australia our room was not ready. We had to wait until around 5 pm. When paying 170 euro, this is not good enough.

The room was clean, details such as clean towels and slippers for the shower were considered. Many people were there for business travel. Not close to the city center, 20 minutes by car from the airport.

The female attendant who greeted us at the reception gave such a cold and reluctant welcome that my wife and I could not understand, we couldn't understand her English because of her accent, and we told her to write what she wanted to tell on the phone, she frowned. It was really bad staff.

the BAR and RESTAURANT was closed so I need to go on dinner to other location .

We were traveling as a family of 4 and received two adjacent room with a connecting door. We loved the added space. Beds were great!

I'm a huge fan of NH Hotels....and faithfully stay whenever there is one in a , for me, comfortable location. Always clean, always comfortable and have yet to meet an unpleasant staff member! Love you guys!
