Was in a great location for us to get to the port for our cruise. Walking distance to the train.

Room was great size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Called a cab for us the morning we were leaving for our cruise. Cab was very prompt. British Airways lost our luggage and they were on the lookout for our luggage (never came, at all, for the entire trip). Great location. Breakfast was good. Numerous options. Would stay there again.

The breakfast is good,but the sala is too small for accomodating all the guest.

I suggest to offer also another option in breakfast like scrumbled egg or sunny side egg instead of always hard boiled egg.and some fried bacon.

Very convenient location nearby the train station. There is a (new?) subway passage with an exit behind the train station, two minutes walk to the hotel. And 10 minutes walk to the busy city center with nice street restaurants. You have to try the Osteria Pasatelli, recommended by the hotel!! The room was nice and clean with a large twin bed and lots of space for your clothe. Convenient and clean bathroom with larges mirrors, hair dryer and lots of toilet paper ;-). To my surprise I had a minibar with free mineral water and even a super appreciated !! water boiler for my first coffee in the morning :-). The staff is very friendly and heplful. I attended an evening spectacle of the Ravenna Festival. To my biggest surprise, the desk officer was waiting for my return after midnight, before closing the front dore. The breakfast buffet had everything I need: fruits, jogurt, juices, butter and jam, wonderful strong coffee, cheese and ham, and bred roll. (For a spoiled Swiss person and daughter of a baker like me, the Italian bred is definitely not the strongest side of the Italian kitchen.)

The only minus point is the noicy street and the trains during the night (cargo waggons). You might be lucky and get a room to the backyart.

Well equipped room and bathroom. In bathroom: luxurious bathrobes will pleasantly finish up your bathing/showers. Located at walking distance from centre and: for travelling by train: close to station Ravenna Porta Nuova ; parkfacility for the guests who travel by car. Bicycle rental possible but has to be anounced in advance. Friendly reception and personnel at breakfastroom.

Internet wasn´t working, staff during serving the breakfast was not very hospitable (one person). We had a noisy room - there were some technical facilities on the wall belonging to our room.

Nice spacious room and the staff was also very nice and helpful. The guy behind the counter was really helping me.

Nice travelers hotel. Really close to city center, price, nice breakfast (for Italian standards really a lot with a lot of different croissant, toasts and meats/cheese). I could just use my type F plug to charge my phone.

The location was good beside the train station on the sea side of town a little further out from the town centre which under normal circumstances would have been preferred, the breakfast was sufficient cold continental italian fare with meat and sweets

There was a contradiction of available amenities, due to the COVID situation on arrival we were told there were NO available amenities such as restaurant and bar was closed....to our disappointment when going out for a walk we saw that both eating areas were full and in use...this included both food and drink....very disappointing...

Typical Italian breakfast, nothing to complain about there, room was pleasant and personnel very nice, some spoke English. There is a good local Italian restaurant around the corner, which is nice if you come in late and don't want to wander off in search of one.

Did not like the having to use a plastic cup for water and juice and such at the breakfast buffet, I can imagine the green enthusiast getting annoyed when seeing plastic cups

One of the reception staff was very helpful and polite, the other not so. The car park at the front was helpful and we found a space no problem. The communication with the staff prior to our stay was very good and prompt.

We were hardly given any information when we checked in and the interaction from the receptionist was very minimal. The breakfast was very basic. The room did not resemble that of the ones on the website, and was in need of an upgrade. We didn't like the location of the hotel as we had to walk a fair distance into the town. The underpass by the station closed at 9.30 adding an additional 15 mins onto our walk back from Town. There is not a lot to do around about the hotel.
