Breakfast was very good, location was great for us, so we could walk from hotel, and visit the area, before we caught the ferry back to the UK. Brilliant staff and very helpful ✔️

Pet friendly, parking, comfortable clean room with twin beds. Good location, short walk to shops, restaurants and sea front. Very good and dependable Hotel, for overnight to catch ferry, or a few days to enjoy Santander.

Lovely and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, and were given that. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice, and the staff would cook something special for you on request.

The hotel wi-fi was poor. It was slow to connect. But it frequently dropped out. The poorest hotel wi-fi I have experienced in many years. The TV carried many channels in several languages, but not one English channel - I would have expected Sky News or BBC World. The noise of chairs etc being dragged across the rooms above and around you. (I appreciate this is a common issue when hotels have tiled floors, unlike in the UK where we have carpets to absorb such noises.)

Not anything. I booked a Superior Room and paid 183 euros. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw four men drinking from beer cans sitting on front steps of the hotel. They were there again when we went out for dinner. Not a good impression. We were very upset when we saw the state of the hotel corridor on first floor, as it was stained and smelled of tobacco and urine. Our room was at end of corridor, No.115. The room was small and in No Way could it be described as superior. I do not understand why we were given such a bad room ? The receptionist was clearly not happy in her work, and was dismissive to us. We had no choice but to stay because we had driven from Estepona to collect our disabled friends from the Ferry early on Sunday and then drive them home to Marbella, in one day. This was a 12 hour drive. We were unfortunate as the people in the room next to us were noisy and loud all night long. I called the receptionist twice to ask for him to deal with the situation and ask them to be quiet. He came to their room 4 times during the night, but they ignored him. We had No sleep at all, and we were afraid to approach the people in next room ourselves. We heard three people in there. Two men and one woman. We were exhausted after our 12 hour drive to Santander and we knew we had to do the same journey on Sunday. This was not what we had expected from a Respectable Hotel. We think that we were overcharged and Deserve a refund for the total of the bill. The only positive I can give you, is for the Night Time Receptionist man who tried his best to deal with a bad situation. And the Lady who came on duty on Sunday was sympathetic to us.

The hotel needs some refurbishment. The first floor corridor needs complete redecoration with New carpet.
