It is a simple hotel for a good price, location great, staff friendly, room spacious and very clean, good air, not too loud. Everything workes out a planned. I was there with my two teenage daughters and they liked it a lot.

The hotel provides no breakfast, but this is clearly announced on the website and therefore was no surprise. There are loads of cafés and bakeries in the neighbourhood, so actually it is not a real problem.

The room was spotless , location very good, two minutes from coffee shops.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Santander. Our room was clean basic and comfortable. When we come back to Santander, we will stay here again as it is great value.

The location is just off the main shopping street and near to bus and train stations c. 10 minute walk. There is a late opening fruit and veg shop adjacent where drinks and snacks can also be bought. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and very well. TV, wifi, lighting and shower all were at a very acceptable level. Bed was comfortable. Nighttime was quiet but Santander doesn't appear to have much of a nightlife anyway.

I found the front door to be open after reception retire 11pm a couple of times. This was a slight worry, but the area also is very safe, so not an alarming worry. The hotel forms part of the overall building with residential areas, so not sure that the front door issue can be changed by the hotel.

Check-in was quick and reception is open almost all day. The room was more modern than I expected with massive windows to the front of a quiet street. Location was perfect within a hive of streets containing bars and eateries

The hostel is well located, in a fairly quiet street but not far away from the centre. The room was super clean and light and spacious with several large windows.

Maybe a kettle in the room? But then I'm British...

I love the location just off the top of the avenue and because the building is also residential it feels like you're part of the local area. Staff and building is great

Super central, close to the bus and train station and to the sea front. Good value for money.

The noise insulation is not very good.

The room for one person only was a big one. And very clean.

The central heat was not on neither the afternoon nor the evening. Just from 07:00 AM.

From the second night on, the stay was a good one. I had privacy as the room beside me wasn't occupied much and therefore there wasn't much noise. The bed was good, the WiFi was decent and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. They switched my room on the second day due to the first one I had being atrocious, noise-wise.

The room I had initially booked (room 1) was sub-par compared to the one I changed to. The bathroom was smaller, and there was no room in the shower due to a large soap dispenser on the wall. The noise was the biggest problem. It's metres away from the reception. You hear every conversation. It connects to an inner courtyard. You hear noise there from other apartments. There is a bedroom right next to room 1 that someone is always in, in case guests need something outside of normal hours. The door to that room is always open, so you hear the TV or laptop that's being used. Talking and TV noise from the entire floor can be heard in the room I had. It was a disastrous night and morning. I recommend asking that you're not given room 1 or any around it. I felt like it was a makeshift, last-minute bedroom choice. None of this applied from the second night, however, where my stay became a really good one, and I would be happy to stay there again.
